浅论工程造价管理摘要：笔者在研究中发现建筑工程在施工过程中面临着很多的风险，其中最重要的原因就是建筑工程的周期长，众所周知的是其造成的后果就是建筑工程单位可能随时随地都要面临着建筑工程造价的变化问题，从最开始的决策阶段，到最后的竣工交付阶段，各种不同专业的人员在不同阶段参与着建筑工程的建设，而对他们的管理协调，更是为建筑工程造价的控制带来了不小的困难。建筑工程管理对于建筑项目的有效开展以及建筑工程的质量水平都能发挥重要的作用。本文主要有五个部分：第一个部分引言就本课题的研究背景及意义进行阐述，论文的第二部分我国建筑工程造价管理现状及影响因素，主要就建筑工程建设前期、招投标阶段、施工阶段以及验收阶段的影响因素进行了分析，此部分为第三部分奠定了基础，第三部分建筑工程管理的应对对策，主要就投资决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段以及验收阶段的建筑工程管理中出现的问题进行了相应的对策分析，论文的第四部分引用了案例，为本论文增加了一部分实践基础，最后一部分是总结，总结概述了本课题的研究，本人希望通过本课题的研究对我国的相关从业人员具有一定的借鉴意义。关键词：工程管理：工程造价：影响因素；对策Abstract:in the study,I found that the construction engineering is facing many risksduring the construction process,among which the most important reason is the long period ofthe construction project.It is well known that the result is that the construction engineering unitmay face the change of the cost of the engineering at any time and place,from the beginning ofthe decision stage to the final completion delivery stage,and the various kinds of differentspecialization.Industry personnel participate in the construction of projects at different stages,and the coordination of them is a great challenge for the control of project cost.Constructionmanagement plays an important role in the effective development of construction projects andthe quality level of construction projects.This article mainly has five parts:the first part is theintroduction of the research background and significance of this subject,the present situation ofdomestic and foreign research,the second part of the construction cost management of ourcountry and the influencing factors,mainly on the analysis of the factors affecting the earlyconstruction,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the acceptance stage,and this partlays the foundation for the third parts.The third part of the project managementcountermeasures,mainly on the investment decision stage,the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage and the acceptance stage of the project management problems in thecorresponding countermeasures analysis,the fourth part of the paper cited the case,for thispaper to add a part of the practice foundation,the last part is summarized,summarized andsummarized the topic.I hope that this study can be a reference for Chinese relatedpractitioners.Key word:building engineering:current situation countermeasures.目录二(一)工程造价的管理实施.2(白工程造价控制重要性侧施工阶段全过程造价管理存在的问题3三我国建筑工程造价管理现状及影响因素333.1建筑工程建设前期43.1.1投资决策阶段..3.1.2建筑工程设计阶段43.2招投标阶段3.2.1政府干预..3.2.2违规招投标..53.3.1设计变更及现场签证3.3.2施工成本与施工质量673.4.1违规套用定额标准73.4.2虚报建筑工程量或金额3.4.3相关法规不全。。四建筑工程造价管理的应对对策7(投资决策阶段..74.1确定合理的控制目标10
