本科论文沈阳联营商厦火灾危险性评价本科论文摘要沈阳联营商厦是沈阳市的大型商业购物中心，由于来往人流量巨大，大型商业购物中心的安全就显得尤为重要。大型商业购物中心中的任何突发事件都会对城市公共安全产生巨大负面影响。对大型商业购物中心进行火灾危险性的安全评估，不仅仅是确保购物中心安全营运的迫切需要，也是社会可持续发展和构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。本文通过对沈阳联营商厦的现场调查和火灾风险性分析，借鉴了当前国内外火灾风险分析与评估的研究成果，阐明了大型购物中心火灾事故的特点，得出火灾是大型购物中心最主要的安全风险问题。疏散、防火和灭火是大型购物中心的主要安全职责。本文基于对大型商业购物中心火灾事故的分析得出相应结论，并且依据沈阳联营商厦的特点与其相关的大型商业购物中心的火灾危险性评价的研究成果，将沈阳联营商厦的火灾危险性评价单元划分为：火灾危险源、建筑防火系统、消防设施、消防安全管理、消防应急单位这五个单元。首先，说明了大型商业购物中心的火灾特征。然后建立了大型商业购物中心的评价指标体系。针对沈阳联营商厦的经营活动特点，决定选择使用安全检查表法，对其各评价指标进行安全项目检查，同时采用层次分析法对其进行火灾安全评价。最后给出了合理化建议。关键词：大型商厦防火：安全检查表：安全评价本科论文AbstractShenyang joint venture shopping mall is a large commercial shopping center inShenyang city,because of the huge flow of people,the security of large commercial shoppingcenter is particularly important.Any emergency in a large commercial shopping center willhave a huge negative impact on the public safety of the city.The safety assessment of fire riskin large commercial shopping centers is not only an urgent need to ensure the safe operationof shopping centers,but also an important part of the sustainable development of society andthe construction of a harmonious society.Based on the field investigation and fire risk analysis of Shenyang joint commercialbuilding,this paper draws on the research results of fire risk analysis and assessment at homeand abroad,expounds the characteristics of fire accidents in large shopping centers,andconcludes that fire is the most important safety risk of large shopping centers.Evacuation,fireprevention and extinguishing are the main safety duties of large shopping centers.In this paper,based on the analysis of large commercial shopping center fire accidentcorresponding conclusions,and based on the characteristics of the Shenyang associateddepartment relevant large commercial shopping center of the fire risk assessment research,affiliated to Shenyang mall fire risk assessment unit is divided into:fire hazards,building fireprotection system,fire control facilities and fire safety management,fire emergency unit thefive units.First,the fire characteristics of large commercial shopping centers are illustrated.Then the evaluation index system of large commercial shopping center is established.According to the characteristics of the business activities of Shenyang joint venturecommercial building,it is decided to use the safety checklist method to check the safety itemsof its evaluation indexes,and to use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate its fire safety.Finally,some reasonable Suggestions are given.
