从《有事好商量》研究解困新闻的发展和出路卫林摘要波兹曼曾在《娱乐至死》中说到“在我们身处的电子传媒时代，承载理性的文字语言力量似乎在减弱，诉诸感性的视听语言力量似乎在加强。”的确，后真相时代下，技术赋能使得内容的质量逐渐降低，许多媒体为了博人眼球而造成了自媒体乱象。可是没有优质的内容，传媒无法一直屹立不败，基于此背景下，内容的变革就显得格外重要，“解困新闻”就为内容的转变提供了一种新的思路。“解困新闻”从字面上可以理解为解决困难的新闻，“解困新闻”的创始人伯恩斯坦认为“解困新闻学”是“致力于解决问题而并非只是发现问题的新闻报道”，“以高质量的新闻报道标准，对社会问题做出严格且令人信服的回应的新闻报道”。“解困新闻”在国外发展较为成熟，但在我国还有很长的路要走，许多民生节目中可看出“解困新闻”的影子。2018年广州电视台开办的《有事好商量》这一民生节目，就是凭借公众参与城市基层公共问题，讨论协商解决问题的媒体尝试。关键词：解困新闻学民生节目有事好商量AbstractBozeman once said in entertainment to death that "in the age of electronic media in whichwe live,the written language carrying rationality seems to be weakening,and the audio-visuallanguage appealing to sensibility seems to be strengthening.Indeed,in the post-truth era,thequality of content is gradually reduced due to technology enabling,and many media create chaosof "we media"in order to attract people's attention.However,without high-quality content,themedia cannot remain invincible all the time.Based on this background,the change of content isparticularly important,and the "solution news"provides a new way of thinking for the change ofcontent."Relief news"can be understood from the literal to solve difficult news,the founder ofthe "news"siege Bernstein thinks "relief for journalism"is "committed to solve the problem andnot just found that the problem of the news","by the high quality standard of news reports,making strict to social problems and convincing response of news reports".The development of"relief news"in foreign countries is relatively mature,but there is still along way to go in China,many people's livelihood programs can see the shadow of"relief news".The people's livelihood program "have something to discuss",launched by guangzhou TVstation in 2018,is an attempt by the media to engage the public in urban public issues anddiscuss and negotiate solutions.Key words:Solution journalismThe people's livelihood programsHave something to discuss
