基于Java的车牌识别管理系统的设计与实现.docx2023年5月30日2023年5月30日摘要随着智能交通管理系统的发展，社会对车牌的在线实时识别与信息管理的需求越来越高，急需一种基于Java的车牌识别管理系统。所以，将AI开放平台的优势和其受欢迎程度相结合，在Windows系统平台下，利用Java开发语言、MySQL数据库等工具，开发出了一个为用户和管理员提供的界面友好的牌照识别管理系统。本文首先对以Java为基础的牌照识别管理系统展开了系统的分析，从总体架构设计、设计流程、实现环境等几个方面展开了系统的总体设计，并开发实现了以Java为基础的牌照识别管理系统，主要实现了注册登录、用户管理、车辆类别管理、车辆详情管理、车牌识别、公告管理等功能。通过整合AI技术和开放平台资源，系统能够实现更高水平的车牌识别性能，完成对车牌的在线实时识别与信息管理，并为开发其他智能交通相关应用奠定技术基础。通过对系统的功能进行测试，测试结果证明该系统界面友好、功能完善并且能够完成通过调用百度API接口使用百度开放平台车牌识别系统完成对车牌的识别，有较高的使用价值，具有较广阔的应用前景。关键词：管理系统：Java语言：车牌识别ABSTRACTWith the development of intelligent traffic management systems,there is an increasingdemand in society for online real-time recognition and information management of license plates.Therefore,a license plate recognition management system based on Java is urgently needed.Bycombining the advantages of the Al open platform and its popularity,and using Java as thedevelopment language and MySQL database tools on the Windows system platform,auser-friendly license plate recognition management system has been developed.This article firstanalyzes the system of license plate recognition management based on Java,and presents theoverall design of the system from the aspects of overall architecture,design process,implementation environment,etc.The license plate recognition management system based onJava is developed and implemented,mainly achieving functions such as registration and login,user management,vehicle category management,vehicle details management,license platerecognition,and announcement management.By integrating AI technology and open platformresources,the system can achieve higher levels of license plate recognition performance,complete online real-time recognition and information management of license plates,and lay thetechnical foundation for the development of other intelligent transportation-related applications.Through testing the system's functions,the test results prove that the system has a user-friendlyinterface,complete functionality,and can complete license plate recognition by calling the BaiduAPI interface and using the Baidu open platform's license plate recognition system.It has highusability value and broad application prospects.Keywords:management system;Java language:license plate recognition
