毕业设计（论文）题目：酒店预约及管理系统设计与实现摘要使用旧方法对酒店预约及管理信息进行系统化管理已经不再让人们信赖了，把现在的网络信息技术运用在酒店预约及管理信息的管理上面可以解决许多信息管理上面的难题，比如处理数据时间很长，数据存在错误不能及时纠正等问题。这次开发的酒店预约及管理系统管理员，酒店客服。管理员功能有个人中心，用户管理，酒店客服管理，房间分类管理，预定房间订单管理，入住信息管理，退订信息管理，留言板管理，系统管理。酒店客房人员负责预定房间订单管理，入住管理，退订管理操作。用户可以注册登录，预定房间。经过前面自己查阅的网络知识，加上自己在学校课堂上学习的知识，决定开发系统选择B/S模式这种高效率的模式完成系统功能开发。这种模式让操作员基于浏览器的方式进行网站访问，采用的主流的Java语言这种面向对象的语言进行酒店预约及管理系统程序的开发，在数据库的选择上面，选择功能强大的MySQL数据库进行数据的存放操作。酒店预约及管理系统被人们投放于现在的生活中进行使用，该款管理类软件就可以让管理人员处理信息的时间介于十几秒之间。在这十几秒内就能完成信息的编辑等操作。有了这样的管理软件，酒店预约及管理信息的管理就离无纸化办公的目标更贴近了。关键词：酒店预约及管理系统：Java;MySQL;SSM框架AbstractUsing the old method of systematic management of hotel reservation and managementinformation is no longer trusted by people.Using the current network informationtechnology in the management of hotel reservation and management information cansolve many problems of information management,such as long processing time,dataerrors can not be corrected in time and so on.The development of hotel reservation and management system administrator,hotelcustomer service.Administrator functions include personal center,user management,hotel customer service management,room classification management,reservationorder management,check-in information management,unsubscribe informationmanagement,message board management,system management.Hotel room staff isresponsible for booking room order management,check-in management,unsubscribemanagement operation.Users can register,log in and book rooms.After looking up the network knowledge in front of me,plus the knowledge I learnedin the school classroom,I decided to choose the B/S mode to complete the systemfunction development.This mode allows the operator to visit the website based on thebrowser.The mainstream Java language,which is the object-oriented language,isused to develop the hotel reservation and management system program.In theselection of database,the powerful MySQL database is selected to store the data.Hotel reservation and management system has been put into people's life to use,themanagement software can let managers process information between ten seconds.Inthese ten seconds can complete the information editing and other operations.Withsuch management software,hotel reservation and management informationmanagement is closer to the goal of paperless office.Key Words:Hotel reservation and management system;Java:MySQL:SSMframework
