自来水厂污水处理自动控制系统设计研究自来水厂污水处理自动控制系统设计研究摘要现如今，社会发展越来越注重可持续绿色发展，为此污水处理工程愈发重要。传统污水处理主要依靠工人经验，通过手动控制及常规化的仪表监测系统来控制污水处理流程。这种方式效率低下且处理质量不稳定。为了改善污水处理质量、提高效率，本文选用先进的自动控制技术和装置，对自来水厂的污水处理进行自动控制系统设计。本文根据污水处理的要求，分析实际污水处理工艺的流程及其特点，确定了污水控制系统的设计要求。针对污水处理过程多变量、非线性的特点，借助工业以太网PROFINE,构成主从式控制系统。在决定系统整体控制策略的基础上，设计出控制系统的硬件部分与软件部分。在硬件部分中对使用到的现场各类仪表、PLC控制器的模块类型和上位机等硬件设备进行选型。在软件部分中，选用WinCC组态软件完成上位机监测界面的构建；使用TIA Portal软件对硬件进行组态，并编写设计了各个污水处理控制环节的PLC控制程序。针对传统污水处理过程中污水酸碱度参数难以准确控制的难点，采用了模糊自适应PID算法的控制策略，并将该方案的控制模型在MATLAB中仿真，最终结果验证了该控制算法的精准性和优良性。本设计实现了自来水厂污水处理系统的自动控制，满足现代社会对污水处理的需求。关键词：污水处理，PLC,MATLAB仿真，酸碱度自来水厂污水处理自动控制系统设计研究DESIGN AND RESEARCH ON AUTOMATIC CONTROLSYSTEM OF SEWAGE TREATMENT IN WATERWORKSABSTRACTNowadays,the sewage treatment engineering becomes more and more importantto the sustainable development of society.The traditional sewage treatment mainlyrelies on manual control and conventional instrument control,and depends on theworker's experience,there are problems of unstable quality and low productionefficiency.In order to improve the quality and efficiency of sewage treatment,thispaper chooses advanced automatic control technology and equipment to design theautomatic control system of sewage treatment in waterworks.According to the requirements of sewage treatment,this paper analyzes theactual process flow and characteristics of sewage,and determines the designrequirements of the control system.In view of the non-linear and multi-variablecharacteristics of sewage treatment,a master-slave control system is formed with thehelp of Industrial Ethernet.The hardware part and software part of the control systemare designed based on the overall scheme of the Control System.In the hardware part,various kinds of instruments,PLC modules and host computer are selected In thesoftware design,WINCC configuration software is used to construct the monitorscreen of the host computer,TIA Portal software is used to configure the hardware,and the PLC control program of each sewage treatment control link is programmed.Inview of the problem that it is difficult to accurately control the acidity and alkalinityparameters of sewage in the traditional sewage treatment process.The feasibility andsuperiority of the control algorithm are verified by adopting the self-adaptive PIDcontrol strategy of the mold and the SIMULINK simulation experiment of the controlmodel.自来水厂污水处理自动控制系统设计研究This design has realized the automatic control of the sewage treatment system ofthe water supply plant,meets the modern society to the sewage treatment demand.Key words:Sewage treatment,PLC,MATLAB Simulation,Ph
