本科论文目录摘要Abstract...引1中职中专院校发展路径1.1中职中专院校历史变迁1.2中职中专院校发展现状31.3河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展前景2河南省建筑类中职中专院校SWOT分析.52.1河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展的优势…2.2河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展的劣势.…62.3河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展的机遇..62.4河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展的威胁.82.5河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展的战略对策和SWOT分析3河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展存在的主要问题..113.1学校招生困难3.2学生综合素质有待提高133.3师资条件建设不足34校企合作机制不健全4河南省建筑类中职中专院校发展的对策建议4.1中职中专院校招生难的解决对策4.2健全德技并修、工学结合的育人机制164.3加强师资队伍建设4.4深化校企合作发展对策.19结论21参考文献22致本科论文摘要自改革开放以来至今，我国综合实力蒸蒸日上，经济发展越来越好，为了适应经济社会发展的需要，对功能型人才的需求也在不断增加，中等职业教育随着近几十年的发展，为我国技能型人才的培养搭建了一个重要的平台。在“一带一路”倡议和城镇化建设的时代背景下，河南省不仅作为人口大省，建筑业繁荣的大省，而且具有重要的地理位置，资源和政策导向优势，但是机遇往往伴随着考验，当前我国社会主要矛盾已经转化，对美好生活的需要推动着我国经济社会由高速增长转向高质量发展，所以河南省中等职业教育的发展自然也面临着重重考验本文通过查阅文献以及运用SWOT分析法，对河南省建筑类中职中专院校的发展路径进行探析，我们以信阳建筑工程学校作为参考范例，从中总结出来中职学校的发展变迁一共经历了三个阶段，初步发展阶段、规模发展阶段，内涵发展阶段。第一阶段例如，改革开放后职业教育开始在我国生根发芽，信阳建筑工程学也于这个时期1980年创立，到1999年的高校扩招，职业教育的发展遭受打击，第二阶段，1999年普高热后到2019年中职学校进入了长期的规模发展阶段，直至今日，由于2019年习近平在党的十九大报告中明确提出“加快一流大学和一流学科建设，实现高等教育内涵式发展”，为职业教育的未来也指明了方向，提供了借鉴的依据，故此为摆脱困境，提高教育质量，教育外延式发展终将走向内涵式发展道路。随着中职教育的大力发展，自然而然的衍生出来一系列的问题，例如招生困难、学生素质不足、师资水平与基础设施跟不上现今需求，校企合作不深入等问题。故此为了顺应时代的潮流，响应国家政策号召，中职学校应当如何改革创新，使得河南省建筑类中职中专院校从过去外延式的发展路径，走上适合新时代需要的内涵式发展路径，实现学校的可持续发展，成为当下重中之重的任务。关键词：“一带一路”；中职教育：高质量发展；校企合作；内涵式发展本科论文AbstractSince reform and opening up,China's comprehensive strength has grownrapidly and economic development is getting better.In order to meet the needsof economic and social development,the demand for functional talents is alsoincreasing.The cultivation of skilled talents in China has built an importantplatform.Against the backdrop of the "Belt and Road"initiative andurbanization,Henan Province is not only a province with a large population,aprosperous construction industry,but also has an important geographical location,resources and policy-oriented advantages,however,opportunities often comewith tests.At present,the main contradictions in our society have beentransformed,and the need for a better life is driving China's economic and socialdevelopment from high-speed growth to high-quality development.Therefore,the development of secondary vocational education in Henan Province naturallyfaces many challenges.By consulting the literature and using SWOT analysis method,this paperanalyzes the development path of Secondary Vocational School of architecturein Henan Province.We take Xinyang Construction Engineering School as areference example,from which we conclude that the development and change ofsecondary vocational school has gone through three stages:initial developmentstage,scale development stage and connotation development stage.For example,after the reform and opening up,the first stage of vocationaleducation began to take root in China.Xinyang Architectural Engineering wasalso established in this period in 1980.By 1999,the enrollment of colleges anduniversities was expanded,and the development of vocational education was hit.Later,in 2019,the vocational school entered a long-term scale developmentstage.Until today,Xi Jinping clearly stated in the report of the 19th Congress ofthe Party in 2019 that "accelerating the construction of first-class universitiesand first-class disciplines to achieve the connotative development of highereducation."The future of vocational education also points out the direction andprovides a basis for reference.Therefore,in order to get rid of the predicamentand improve the quality of education,the extensional development of educationwill eventually move towards an connotative development path.
