分类号学校代码10129UDC学号2015212210043硕士学位论文高标准农田建设中水利设施建设的方案—以杭锦后旗二道桥镇为例Scheme For the Construction of Water Conservancy FacilitiesIn High-standard Farmland Construction.-For ErDaoQiao Town of Hangjin Rear Banner as Example申请人：学位类别：农业推广硕士领域：农业资源利用指导教师：论文提交日期：二○一八年九月摘要高标准农田建设中水利设施的建设将是农业结构调整和农业增产增效的有效途径。通过实施高标准农田水利工程的建设，不仅可以对灌溉节水方式进行进一步的优化，还可以改良问题比较严重的土壤盐碱化，提高土壤质量，使低产田变高产田，调整优化农作物种植业结构，促进农业增产、增效和农民增收。该方案的项目区现有田间水利设施建设比农业发达地区相比滞后，配套程度比较差，农田水利工程年久失修，灌溉水的利用率较低，影响和制约着当地农村经济的发展。因此，方案的项目区节水改造项目的实施，不仅能改善方案的项目区灌溉条件、节约灌溉用水，为改善当地人民生活，改善当地的农业种植结构和自治区粮食结构，优化配置当地水资源，提高粮食产量，增加农民收入，保障当地经济社会可持续发展和粮食安全生产的建设提供了保障。因此该方案的项目区的建设对地区经济发展、农牧民脱贫致富、奔小康社会有着重要意义，而且非常必要和紧迫。方案的项目区由于灌排不配套，水肥管理滞后，导致土壤盐碱化程度高，土地质量差，生态环境日益恶化。为此，通过实施高标准农田建设工程，建设水利设施在保证农业增效、农民增收的前提下逐步改善生态环境质量。搞好水利工程建设，优化配置当地水资源，在帮助当地群众脱贫致富等方面具有重要意义。因此，实施高标准农田建设中，水利设施的建设是很有必要的。关键词：高标准农田建设：水利设施：增效：增收Scheme For the Construction of Water Conservancy FacilitiesIn High-standard Farmland Construction---For ErDaoQiao Town of Hangjin Rear Banner as ExampleAbstractThe construction of water conservancy facilities in high-standard farmlandconstruction will be an effective way to adjust agricultural structure and increaseagricultural production and efficiency.By implementing the construction ofhigh-standard irrigation and water conservancy projects,not only can further optimize thewater-saving method of irrigation,but also can improve the soil salinization with seriousproblems,improve soil quality,change the low-yielding field to high-yielding field,adjust and optimize the structure of crop planting,and promote the increase ofagricultural production,efficiency and farmers'income.The construction of existing water conservancy facilities in the project area lagsbehind,and the supporting degree is poor.The farmland water conservancy projects arein disrepair,running water leakage is serious,and the utilization rate of irrigation water islow,which affects and restricts the development of local rural economy.Therefore,theimplementation of the project area of water-saving improvement project,not only canimprove the project area,irrigation water saving irrigation condition,to improve the localpeople's life,improve the local agricultural planting structure and autonomous regionfood structure,optimizing the allocation of local water resources,improve foodproduction,increase farmers'income,support local economic and social sustainabledevelopment and provides guarantee for the construction of food safety in production.Therefore,the construction of the project area is of great significance to regionaleconomic development,farmers and herdsmen to get rid of poverty and run into awell-off society.Due to inadequate irrigation and drainage,water and fertilizer management lagsbehind in the project area,resulting in high salinization degree of soil,poor land quality,and deteriorating ecological environment.Therefore,the quality of ecologicalenvironment is improved step by step through the implementation of high-standardfarmland construction projects and the construction of water conservancy facilities on thepremise of ensuring the increase of agricultural efficiency and farmers'income.It is ofgreat significance to do well the construction of water conservancy projects and optimizethe allocation of local water resources to help local people get rid of poverty and get rich.
