天津师范大学本科毕业论文（设计)题目：中小型物流企业信息化改造问题研究—一以B物流企业为例学院：管理学院学生姓名：陈彩蒙学号：专业年级：2012级完成日期：2016年4月15日指导教师：蒋笑梅中小型物流企业信息化改造问题研究一一以B物流企业为例中小型物流企业信息化改造问题研究以B物流企业为例摘要：信息技术在我国国民经济不断发展及信息化进程加快的现在，对推动企业发展的作用越来越重要。目前信息化已成为现代物流的重要发展趋势，信息技术在物流领域的应用已深化到战略层面，成为各国衡量物流发展水平的重要指标。我国物流产业的信息化起步较晚，总体水平也比较低，其中中小型物流企业的信息化已是我国物流业信息化发展的首要瓶颈。本文以一家典型的中型物流企业一一B物流公司为例，就中小型物流企业信息化改造进行了研究。在本篇论文中，笔者从我国国内中小型物流企业信息化的现状出发，指出我国中小型物流企业信息化存在问题，比如信息化基础比较薄弱、信息化投入比较少、信息系统不晚上以及信息化管理人才缺失和思路混乱。笔者更以B物流企业信息化升级改造方案分析了B物流企业信息化改造中的组织与业务流程重构，并依据其各个阶段的实施过程的出其实施效果，从这里以小见大，提出了对我国中小型物流企业信息化改造的建议，如寻求政府的金融支持、加强物流企业的信息标准化、加快物流信息技术人才的培养与引进、加强物流信息化系统改造和创建物流企业技术环境。笔者希望本篇论文可以对国内中小型物流企业的信息化提供一些借鉴意义。关键词：物流企业：信息化；问题Small and Medium Logistics Enterprise InformationReconstruction-A Case B Logistics EnterprisesABSTRACT:Information technology in the continuous development of ournational economy and information technology to speed up the process now,topromote enterprise development role more important.Currently informationtechnology has become an important trend in the development of modern logistics,中小型物流企业信息化改造问题研究一一以B物流企业为例information technology applications in the field of logistics has been to deepen thestrategic level,an important indicator of countries to measure the level of logisticsdevelopment.Information logistics industry in China started late,the overall level isrelatively low,in which small and medium logistics enterprise information is theprimary bottleneck of China Logistics Information Development.In this paper,atypical medium-sized logistics enterprises--B logistics companies,for example,onsmall and medium logistics enterprise information system has been studied.In this paper,the author from the current situation of the domestic small andmedium sized logistics enterprises in information technology,points out problems ofsmall and medium logistics enterprise information,such as information technologyfoundation is weak,less investment in information technology,information systems,and information is not in the evening Lack of management talent and ideas confusion.I prefer to B logistics enterprise information technology upgrading program analyzesthe B logistics enterprise information system in organization and business processreengineering,and according to its various stages of the implementation process ofthe implementation of its effects,from here to Seeing proposed for our small andmedium sized logistics enterprises in the information technology of therecommendations,such as seeking financial support from the government tostrengthen the standardization of information logistics enterprises,speed up thelogistics information technology,personnel training and the introduction andstrengthening logistics information systems transformation and create a logisticsenterprise technology environments.I hope this paper can be domestic small andmedium logistics enterprise information to provide some reference.Key words:Logistics enterprises;information;problem
