编号江苏电子信息职业学院毕业论文题目京东无锡宇培物流园发展策略分析学生姓名马江蓉学号2020131920系部商学院专业物流管理班级530201指导教师胡田田顾问教师三0二二年七月摘要在进入21世纪以来，伴随着电子商务行业的迅速崛起，为了提高客户服务满意度，满足客户个性化服务的需要，就迫切需要使物流服务有更高的水平。不过因为国内物流行业并非很早起步，因此尚在发展过程之中，物流基础设施并不完善，物流网络建设也并没有完全成熟。在电商物流模式中，相比我国传统模式，京东物流的仓配一体化模式逐渐显露优势，其高效率和高品质的服务也受到了消费者的认可。随着物流业发展越来越成熟，我国的物流行业也在飞速发展，对优化经济结构、节约社会劳动力、提高经济水平以及充分发挥物流功能起到了巨大的作用。文中以京东无锡宇培物流园期为研究对象，首先分析它目前的发展现状，并结合收集大量资料和实地调研从物流配送、仓储、运输设施的不足，物流配送成本模式、仓储成本管理、运输管理模式的欠缺，京东物流与智慧物流有待结合等几个方面，分析了无锡京东宇培物流园存在的问题，针对这些问题，提出了相应的解决对策。关键词：京东物流电商物流智慧物流发展对策1AbstractSince entering the 21st century,with the rapid rise of e-commerce industry,in order to improve customer service satisfaction and meet the needs of personalized services,it is urgent to improve the level of logistics services.However,because China's logistics industry started late and is still in the development stage,the logistics infrastructureis not perfect,and the logistics network construction is not fully mature.In the e-commerce logistics mode,compared with China's traditional mode,JD logistics'warehouse distribution integration mode gradually shows its advantages,and its high-efficiency and high-quality services have also been recognized by consumers.With the growing maturity of the global logistics industry,China's logisticsindustry is also developing rapidly,which has played a huge role in optimizing theeconomic structure,saving social labor,improving the economic level and giving fullplay to the logistics function.Taking Wuxi Jingdong Yupei Logistics Park as theresearch object,this paper first analyzes its current development status,and analyzesthe existing problems of Wuxi Jingdong Yupei logistics park from the aspects of thelack of logistics distribution,storage and transportation facilities,the lack of logisticsdistribution cost mode,storage cost management and transportation management mode,and the need to combine Jingdong Logistics and smart logistics.In view of theseproblems,The corresponding countermeasures are put forward.Keywords:JD LogisticsE-commerce logisticsSmart LogisticsDevelopment Countermeasures2
