题目：昆明卷烟厂物流配送绩效评价研究姓名：黄一摘要为了更好的发挥我国烟草企业主营业务的优势条件，使其积极承担社会相应责任，故引进了绩效评价体系来帮助烟草企业解决这一系列的问题，但这还需要烟草企业在进行物流建设总方针的战略部署上趋于现代化、经济性、适用性。居于以上背景，本文的研究对象、研究内容和研究方法分别是昆明卷烟厂、昆明卷烟厂物流配送绩效评价体系、理论基础和具体的实践活动研究，并把模糊综合评价法(FCE)和层次分析法(AHP)相结合，构建出模糊层次综合评价法(FAHP)来定量测算昆明卷烟厂物流配送绩效，论证上述所构建的指标体系和评价方法是否具有合理性和可操作性，按照所划的不同等级和不同指标分数的不同，对具体问题进行具体分析后，得到昆明卷烟厂物流配送绩效评价的总分，最后结合我国当前烟草物流发展的测算数据和趋势，提出昆明卷烟厂物流配送绩效评价体系所需改进的措施以及具体方案。关键词：物流配送；绩效评价：模糊层次综合评价法ABSTRACTABSTRACTIn order to better play to the advantages of tobacco enterprises in our countrymain business conditions,make its actively undertake social responsibility,therefore,the introduction of the performance evaluation system of tobacco enterprises to helpsolve the problem of the series,but it also needs to tobacco companies in theconstruction of logistics on the general policy of strategy tends to modernization,economy,applicability.In the above background,the research object of this paper,theresearch content and research methods are respectively of kunming,kunming logisticsperformance evaluation system,theoretical foundation and concrete practice research,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the combination of quantificating)constructed the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensiveevaluation method to quantitatively estimates of kunming logistics performance,theabove argumentation and build the index system and evaluation method is rationalityand maneuverability,in accordance with the different levels and marked by differentindex score,after a concrete analysis on specific issues,The total score of theperformance evaluation of kunming cigarette factory's logistics and distribution isobtained.Finally,the measures and specific plans to improve the performanceevaluation system of kunming cigarette factory's logistics and distribution areproposed based on the calculation data and trend of China's current tobacco logisticsdevelopment.Keywords:Logistics distribution,Performance evaluation,Fuzzy leve comprehensiv-e evaluation method
