本科论文沈阳城市建设学院毕业论文论文题目：上海恒企教育培训有限公司财务分析问题研究(院)系：管理系专业：会计学学生姓名：万慧学号：166020602班级：16级6班指导教师：陈蕾职称：副教授2020年5月16日本科论文摘要伴随世界经济融会水平的进步，如今上市公司在推进国家繁荣经济中的影响至关重要。为了使国内上市公司能够在全球经济形势严峻的情况下不断推进，它们必须根据国情和市场条件提升财务分析的水准。本文以上海恒企教育培训有限公司作为研究对象，首先阐释了财务分析的相关理念，随后讲述了该公司为国内出名的一家上市公司，是专门的会计实战培训机构，向众多企业都派遣了有创新意识且有才华的优秀会计人才，从四个方面细致分析了该公司目前的财务分析应用现状。后面通过对财务分析问题的深入剖析发现，该公司有着对财务分析不够重视、财务分析指标体系存在限制性、欠缺周全有效的财务分析技巧，还有缺少高素养财务分析职员的问题。结尾针对公司在财务分析中出现的问题为论点，进行了原因剖析，并按照经历提出准确的解决办法。公司先得提高对财务分析的重视度：接着要完善其财务分析体系；然后改进财务分析方法及其有效性：最后，要提高财务分析人员的整体素养。财务分析对公司长久发展来讲，是拥有着十分重大意义的。关键词：上市公司：财务分析：杜邦分析法本科论文AbstractWith the progress of the integration level of the world economy,the influence of listedcompanies in promoting the country's prosperous economy is of vital importance.In order to enabledomestic listed companies to continuously push forward under the severe global economic situation,they must improve the level of financial analysis according to national conditions and marketconditions.This article takes Shanghai Hengqi Education and Training Co.,Ltd.as the research object,Firstly,it explains the related concepts of financial analysis,Then it introduces Shanghai HengqiEducation and Training Co.,Ltd.,a famous listed company in China and a professional accountingpractice training chain,which has sent outstanding accounting talents with innovative consciousnessand talent to many enterprises,This paper analyzes the current application of financial analysis inthe company from four aspects.Later,through in-depth analysis of financial analysis problems,it isfound that Shanghai Hengqi Education and Training Co.,Ltd.has the problems of insufficientattention to financial analysis,limitation of financial analysis index system,lack of comprehensiveand effective financial analysis methods and lack of high-quality financial analysts.In the end,theproblems in the financial analysis of the company are taken as arguments,the causes are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.First,the company should pay moreattention to financial analysis.Secondly,the enterprise financial analysis system should beimproved.Then improve the financial analysis method and its effectiveness.Finally,we shouldimprove the overall quality of financial analysts.Financial analysis is of great significance to thelong-term development of the company.Key words:Listed company:Financial analysis:DuPont Analysis
