基于多主题仿真的矿工不安全行为传播影响研究摘要煤炭矿山的安全事故是以人为中心的，在制造过程中突然发生。人们的希望和意图与事故相矛盾。也就是说，有两个主要因素影响着安全的生产。一个是不安全的，另一个是人们不安全的行动。多年来，煤炭开采企业生产灾害的主要原因是，或在当前中国的技术设备条件和人员文化素质的煤炭企业并存的情况，实现事故完全消除，其难度是难以想象的。但是，只要我们能做好人们的思想工作，就能有效地管理恶劣的事故。煤矿中发生的大量事故，证明了它们不是由于事情的原因，也不是由于技术问题，而是主要是人为因素造成的。据了解，在上世纪90年代，伤亡90000多人在中国，自然灾害占39%，在9796的可避免的事故，以人类的安全为原因发生的事故的92%以后，生产矿井的煤矿比重也会带来很大的好处。在我们现在的事故分析中，经常听到没有安全的行动心理活动和意识形态的思考和运气。正如我们大家所知道的，人们不安全的行动是事故的直接原因。因此，为了抑制矿山事故的发生，必须防止人们的安全行为，并进行管理。随着科学技术的持续发展，设备的可靠性持续改善，作业环境大幅改善，煤矿灾害仍在发生。人类的控制和复杂性的心理，导致人的不安全行为具有一定的隐蔽性，其困难的管理。在这篇报道中，我们使用了基于他的经纪人模型和模拟的方法。代理和自主行动的最高的物体，对环境的适应能力和不完整的信息处理能力的表演的经纪人的自主性，这是实时计划、推论和检索，及人工智能的形式更加实用，更代表矿工的特点的人，从满足我复杂系统仿真建模的技术要求。关键词：Agent的建模、仿真方法、不安全行为AbstractThe coal mine safety accident is an event which is the main body,the suddenoccurrence in the process of production,the contrary to the hope and will of thepeople.Before the accident,there must be unsafe behavior and unsafe conditions,orboth unsafe and unsafe behavior.That is to say,there are 2 main factors affecting thesafety of production:one is the unsafe state of the thing,the other is the unsafebehavior of the human.Over the years,coal mine enterprises'production accidents arethe 2 main factors that happen alternately or coexist.At present,the difficulty ofeliminating accidents is unthinkable for China's coal enterprises in terms of technicalequipment and staff's cultural quality.However,as long as the ideological work of thegood people is done seriously,the malignant accidents and the injured people can beeffectively controlled.Innumerable accidents in coal mining enterprises prove that itis not because of the cause of the matter,or because of the inability to solve thetechnical problems,but mainly by the human factors.According to the data,in 1990s,more than 90000 accidents in China accounted for 39%.Natural disasters accountedfor 39%.In 9796 of the preventable accidents,accidents caused by human's unsafebehaviors accounted for 929%,and the proportion of coal enterprises could be larger.We are now analyzing the psychological activities and ideological manifestations ofunsafe behavior,which are often heard and seen by the accident.As we all know,people's unsafe behavior is the direct cause of accidents.Therefore,to control the occurrence of mine accidents,we must prevent and control human'sunsafe behaviors.Although the science and technology development,and constantlyimprove the equipment reliability,greatly improve the working environment,mineaccidents still occur,this is because people in the psychological and physiologicalaspects of the difficulty of control and complexity,causes people's unsafe behavior ishidden,the management difficulty.The method of modeling and simulation based on Agent is used in this paper.Agentis a senior object with independent conduct,performance of Agent's autonomy in itsadaptability to the environment and the incomplete information processing ability,itcan make real-time planning,reasoning and search,the formation of artificial
