广西城市职业大学Guangxi City VocationalUniversity本科毕业设计（论文）沃尔沃s60汽车传感器故障诊断与维修学院汽车工程学院专业汽车工程技术学号2120270531名王行指导教师姓名李垚指导教师职称2022年4月摘要发动机是汽车的“心脏”，而传感器则是发动机的“眼睛”和“耳朵”。现在市面上流行的汽车，大多数都配备两个或两个以上。根据安装位置可以分为前传感器和后传感器。前传感器诊断发动机做工后，尾气中的含量，通常安装在发动机的尾气排放管处：后传感器是用来诊断三元催化剂的工作情况，通常安装在汽车三元催化剂后。传感器的寿命原本可达3年，但是由于每个车主驾驶习惯不同、300℃以上的工作温度、汽车剧烈抖动，进而加快其寿命缩减。其中最直接的原因有两个，积碳和中毒。传感器失效后会导致油耗增加、年检不合格和发动机抖动，因此，定期对传感器进行诊断和维修是非常有必要的。AbstractThe engine is the "heart"of the car,and the sensors are the "eyes"and "ears"of the engine.Most popular cars on the market today areequipped with two or more.According to the installation position canbe divided into the front oxygen sensor and the rear oxygen sensor.Thefront oxygen sensor detects the oxygen content in the tail gas afterthe engine works,and is usually installed in the exhaust pipe of theengine.The post oxygen sensor is used to detect the working conditionof the ternary catalyst,usually installed in the automobile ternarycatalyst.The life of the oxygen sensor can reach 3 years originally,but due to the different driving habits of each owner,the workingtemperature of 300C or more,the car shaking violently,and thenaccelerate its lifereduction.Two of the most immediate causes are carbondeposition and poisoning.Oxygen sensorfailure will lead toincreased fuel consumption,annual inspection failure and engine jitter,so it is very necessary to regularly detect and clean the oxygen sensor.Key words:Oxygen sensor;Life expectancy reduction;Carbondeposition;Poisoning;
