毕业设计桑塔纳3000汽车发动机常见故障检修分析课题名称院/专业机械工程学院/汽车制造与装配技术班级学号学生姓名指导教师：2016年5月15日摘要桑塔纳3000汽车发动机常见故障检修分析摘要随着电控燃油喷射技术的发展和维修认识水平的不断提高，现代轿车中在对装有电控燃油喷射发动机的汽车进行维修时，使用故障诊断仪对发动机电控单元(ECU)进行检测，并根据ECU存储的故障代码进行检修，大多数能判明故障可能发生的原因和部位，会给维修人员的工作带来很大的方便。然而，在对汽车维修时，若仅仅靠故障代码寻找故障，往往会出现判断上的失误。实际上，故障代码仅仅是ECU认可的一个是或否的界定结论，不一定是汽车真正的故障部位，因此，在对汽车进行维修时应综合分析判断，结合汽车故障的现象来寻找故障部位。本篇文章首先介绍了桑塔纳3000发动机电控系统的各个系统组成以及工作原理，接着介绍了桑塔纳3000发动机电控系统的故障现象和故障产生的机理，然后讲解了各个故障的诊新方法以及诊断过程。最后通过一个故障案例来具体的讲述故障诊断的流程。关键词：电控发动机：故障诊断：桑塔纳3000第一章桑塔纳3000的绪论AbstractWith the development of electronic control fuel injection technology and repair theunderstanding level of the continuous improvement,with the electronic control fuelinjection engine automobile repair in the modem car,unit fault diagnosis instrument forengine electronic control(ECU)were detected,and maintenance according to the faultcode ECU storage,most can cause and the site of marshaling failure may occur of,willbring great convenience to the repair work.However,in the automotive repair,if only by thefault code to find fault,often can appear mistake in judgment.In fact,the fault code is onlya ECU accredited yes or no definition of conclusion,not necessarily the fault position,thecar really so,in the repair of the car should be comprehensive analysis,combined with theautomobile fault phenomenon to find the fault position.This article first introduces Santana 3000 engine control system composition andworking principle of the system,and then introduces the mechanism of Santana 3000engine control system fault and fault.Then explain the diagnosis method of each fault anddiagnosis process.Finally,a fault case to fault diagnosis about the specific processKeywords:Electronic controlled engine;fault diagnosis;Santana 3000
