乡村振兴战略下山西静乐县特色农业发展研究摘要静乐县杂粮种植历史悠久，近年来形成了优质小杂粮藜麦、脱毒马铃薯、甜糯玉米、中药种植等特色产业。但是，其特色农业发展依然存在着资金投入不足、农业基础设施不完善、特色农产品品牌意识不强、农村劳动力老龄化严重、农业企业示范引领体系不健全等问题，这严重制约着特色农业经济乃至整个农业经济的提质增效。因此，重新审视静乐县的区位优势、资源优势，并在乡村振兴战略背景下重新认知和定位特色农业发展，是加快全县农业经济发展、实现农民脱贫致富、推动县域经济发展的重要渠道。此次借助文献研究法收集了许多有关特色农业产业发展情况的文献资料，然后选择静乐县特色农业为研究对象，借助SWOT分析法来评估了其内部以及外部环境，通过研究发现，静乐县特色农业产业在农业自然资源、地理环境、品牌建设和交通方面具有优势，且在涉农政策支持、院地合作平台、“互联网+农业”方面存在着机遇。同时，特色农业发展存在着发展规模小水平低、风险抵抗力差、品牌建设水平低且支农资金不足的劣势，以及生态环境恶化和特色农产品市场竞争激烈带来的风险。有鉴于此，立足于未来特色农产品市场需求，针对特色农业产业发展中存在的问题，提出了完善特色农业发展基础条件、培育新型职业农民并引进科技人才、大力发展涉农企业并带动特色农业发展升级、夯实特色农产品品牌建设并铸实多元营销链条、拓宽政策扶持并增加支农资金投入等对策建议。旨在使静乐县特色农业产业获得进一步发展，得以做大做强。关键词：特色农业；SWOT分析；乡村振兴乡村振兴战略下山西静乐县特色农业发展研究AbstractJingle county has a long history of coarse grain planting.In recent years,it has formedcharacteristic industries such as high-quality small coarse grain quinoa,virus-free potato,sweetwaxy corn and traditional Chinese medicine planting.However,there are still some problems inthe development of characteristic agriculture,such as insufficient capital investment,imperfectagricultural infrastructure,weak brand awareness of characteristic agricultural products,seriousaging of rural labor force,imperfect demonstration and leading system of agricultural enterprises,which seriously restrict the improvement of quality and efficiency of characteristic agriculturaleconomy and even the whole agricultural economy.Therefore,re examining the locationadvantages and resource advantages of jingle County,and re recognizing and positioning thedevelopment of characteristic agriculture under the background of Rural Revitalization Strategyis an important channel to accelerate the development of agricultural economy in the wholecounty,realize farmers'poverty alleviation and get rich,and promote the development of countyeconomy.This time,with the help of literature research method,we collected many literaturematerials about the development of characteristic agricultural industry,and then selected thecharacteristic agriculture of jingle County as the research object.With the help of SWOTanalysis method,we evaluated its internal and external environment.Through the research,wefound that the characteristic agricultural industry of jingle county has advantages in agriculturalnatural resources,geographical environment,brand construction and transportation,And thereare opportunities in supporting agriculture related policies,cooperation in the hospital and thecity,and Internet plus agriculture.At the same time,the development of characteristic agriculturehas the disadvantages of small development scale,low level,poor risk resistance,low brandconstruction level and insufficient funds for supporting agriculture,as well as the risks broughtby the deterioration of ecological environment and fierce market competition of characteristicagricultural products.In view of this,based on the market demand of characteristic agriculturalproducts in the future and in view of the problems existing in the development of characteristicagricultural industry,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:improving the basicconditions for the development of characteristic agriculture,cultivating new professional farmersand introducing scientific and technological talents,vigorously developing agricultural relatedenterprises and driving the development and upgrading of characteristic agriculture,consolidating the brand construction of characteristic agricultural products and casting adiversified marketing chain Broaden policy support and increase investment in agriculture.Thepurpose is to further develop the characteristic agricultural industry in Jingle county and make it乡村振兴战略下山西静乐县特色农业发展研究bigger and stronger.Key words:feature agriculture;SWOT analysis;Rural revitalization
