摘要社区是城市社会的基础单位，是城市社会的细胞，随着城市社区经济发展水平的提高，社区居民的生活需求变得更加复杂和多样化，如今在社区公共服务中，社区志愿服务占据的位置越来越重要，能够发现，当前要想实现社区自治目标，营造和谐的社区氛围，此类渠道能够发挥极大作用。最近几年来，对于城市社区志愿服务，政府对其的关注度不断提升，并将其作为深化改革的重要内容。但是不得不看到的是，虽然在政府相关部门的鼓励和引导下，我国各个地区的社区都在紧锣密鼓的开展社区志愿服务，获得的成绩也十分喜人，但因为缺乏多样形式，相关制度并不健全等，导致其未能满足民众不断增长的需求，这对社区志愿服务的进一步发展造成了极大阻碍。鉴此，为了逐步提高社区的治理水平，本文从社区居民参与的角度出发，通过对居民参与的基本情况进行分析，明确其有哪些问题和不足存在，然后根据问题寻找合适的举措来对其进行处理。本篇文章结构为：(1)研究综述，对我国以及其他国家相关研究成果进行了收集和整理。(2)对社区和城市社区、城市社区网格化管理、居民参与、志愿者和志愿服务组织、城市社区志愿服务的概念进行界定，同时对社区治理理论等相关理论都进行了介绍，对并居民参与这类服务活动之时需要满足的要求进行了说明。(3)以临沧市A社区为调查对象，以其居民志愿服务活动参与情况为调查内容，借助问卷调查手段来展开调查。(4)问题及原因分析。(5)提出解决问题的方法和途径。(6)是总结性归纳出本文的观点。关键词：社区社区志愿服务居民参与网格化管理ABSTRACTCommunity is the basic unit of urban society and the cell of urban society.Withthe improvement of the economic development level of urban communities,the livingneeds of community residents have become more complex and diversified.Now,incommunity public services,community voluntary services occupy an increasinglyimportant position.It can be found that in order to achieve the goal of communityautonomy and create a harmonious community atmosphere,Such channels can play agreat role.In recent years,the government has paid more and more attention to urbancommunity voluntary service,and regarded it as an important content of deepeningreform.However,we have to see that although communities in all regions of Chinaare vigorously carrying out community voluntary services with encouraging resultsunder the encouragement and guidance of relevant government departments,theyhave failed to meet the growing needs of the people due to the lack of diversifiedforms and imperfect relevant systems,This has greatly hindered the furtherdevelopment of community voluntary service.In view of this,in order to graduallyimprove the governance level of the community,from the perspective of communityresidents'participation,this paper analyzes the basic situation of residents'participation,makes clear what problems and deficiencies exist,and then looks forappropriate measures to deal with them according to the problems.The structure of this article is as follows:(1)research review,which collects andarranges the relevant research results in China and other countries.(2)It defines theconcepts of community and urban community,urban community grid management,residents'participation,volunteers and voluntary service organizations,and urbancommunity voluntary service.At the same time,it introduces the relevant theoriessuch as community governance theory,and explains the requirements that residentsneed to meet when they participate in such service activities.(3)Taking Lincang acommunity as the survey object,taking its residents'participation in voluntary serviceactivities as the survey content,the survey is carried out by means of questionnaire.(4)Problem and cause analysis.(5)Put forward the methods and ways to solve theproblems.(6)It is a summary to summarize the views of this paper.KEY WORDS:community,community volunteer service,resident participation,gridmanagement
