四川农业大学网络教育毕业论文专业学号姓名成绩初审意见初审老师签名：评审意见评审老师签名：备注失信约束法律制度研究摘要：近年来，我国对改善营商环境、建设诚信社会越来越重视，国家着力构建诚信建设长效机制，社会信用体系建设不断推进，作为有效治理手段的失信约束制度也不断发展。本文主要研究失信约束的理论问题和我国失信约束法律制度的不足及建议两大内容。通过研究分析失信约束的起源、发展，深入认识失信约束的内涵、性质及制度构成、制度价值，更加合理的界定失信约束的边界；梳理我国失信约束法律制度的立法现状，从中总结出失信约束法律制度存在的一些主要问题，最后通过了解境外失信约束制度的主要内容及优势后加以学习和借鉴，针对性地提出完善我国失信约束法律制度的相关建议。希望通过这些建议能促进我国失信约束法律制度发展，从而为市场经济发展营造良好环境，促进经济发展、促进减信社会建设。关键词：信用，失信约束，制度，建议AbstractIn recent years,China has paid more and more attention to improving the businessenvironment and building an honest society.The state has focused on building a long-termmechanism for credit construction.The construction of social credit system is constantlypromoted,and the dishonest restraint system as an effective means of governance has also beenconstantly developing.This paper mainly studies the theoretical problems of trust-breaking restraint and thedeficiencies and suggestions of trust-breaking restraint legal system in China.Through the originand development of the constraints of dishonesty,understand the connotation,nature,the valueof the system,and define the legal situation of the legal system.It is hoped that these suggestionscan promote the development of China's trust-breaking restraint legal system,so as to create agood environment for the development of market economy,promote economic development andpromote the construction of an honest society.Key Words:Credit,breach of trust constraints,system,advises
