毕业设计（论文）电子商务发展的特点与趋势年级专业工商企业管理学生姓名陈文指导教师黄益华评阅人教学地点常州成人进修学院2018年04月04日摘要随着物联网、云计算和移动互联网等新一代信息技术的飞跃发展和相互融合，电子商务作为一种新型商业模式，正在与实体经济加速融合，对人们的生产、生活和消费产生深刻影响，电子商务作为一种新的交易手段，极大改变了经济领域的交流模式以及人们的生活模式，很多商品通过电子商务的渠道销售到了寻常百姓家，适应了人们对现代消费生活的追求，电子商务对于企业生产经营手段也产生了深远影响。并且已经成为在信息化、网络化、市场化、国际化条件卜配置资源的重要途径，成为引领经济社会发展进步的一种重要力量。文章在简单介绍电子商务发展阶段、发展特点，结合目前电子商务发展的实际状况，对其在我国未来社会发展进程之中的主要发展趋势做出预测。关键字：电子商务：发展特点；发展趋势AbstractWith the combination and fast development of communications technology andmobile Internet,the market of mobile e-commerce begins to rise.It develops quickly.Moreand more people get access to Internet through portable mobile devices,such as mobilephones,personal digital assistants,pocket laptops and so on.People live a new life throughwireless Internet.As well,they shop in different ways.The mobile e-commerce marketblooms whether from coverage or services.It forecasts that there will be more internetusers through portable terminals than that through personal computers in 2017.We canknow from these data that the mobile e-commerce market has a huge potential with a widerange of user group.However,the mobile e-commerce is still new developed.In certaincountries in Asia or Europe,which have advanced information technologies,like Japan,North Korea or China,the mobile e-commerce market just starts to grow.There are nomature business models.This thesis is written under this background.On the basis ofvarious literature materials and statistical data on Internet,the paper summarizes thedevelopment of mobile e-commerce.It generalizes the development status in foreigncountries and native China,as well the problems that have impeded the application ofmobile e-commerce in our native country.Then,the thesis studies three kinds of businessmodels of mobile e-commerce based on value chain theory.At last,it gives some adviceson how to modify the business models of mobile e-commerce in China..Keywords:mobile e-commerce;application;value chain;development
