基于用户体验的共享衣橱平台研究一一衣二三为例【摘要】自从2015年中共十八届五中全会公报首次提出“发展分享经济”,近几年来明显可以看到的现象就是“共享经济”在多个领域风生水起。2015年上半年开始,国内服装租赁平台顺势而起,以美丽租、哆啦衣梦和衣二三等为代表的租衣平台开启了中国时尚共享的征程。本文以衣二三为例,通过研究租衣界的经典案例Rent The Runway和AirC1oset以及剖析用户体验相关原则,重点分析衣二三的现状以及存在问题。立足于用户体验角度,对问题进行解析并提出可建设性建议,其中包括服装卫生问题、仓储物流问题、用户会员制问题、希望在深入了解以上问题以及提出策略的同时,能让更多人了解国内共享租衣平台,认识到共享经济商业模式的可持续与品牌、产品、渠道、用户等的有机结合是密不可分,深入挖掘用户需求以及维系用户是平台运营最为关键的一部分。从分析用户画像,针对用户阶段不同的痛点深入探索,开发新通道新产品:建立线上线下联动模式,线上社群运营,增加用户之间信息交互功能,丰富用户对产品信息了解层面,线下建设实体店,不定时开展活动,增加用户粘性:丰富服饰品类,解决同质化问题,建立高效的物流仓储体系,有效解决无法无缝连接的问题。在共享经济大背景下,时尚共享商业模式的运营发展绝不会一直停留在产品的体验上,方向会以提供优质个性化服务慢慢转移,为用户带来更高阶消费层面上的体验,丰富用户体验。【关键词】时尚共享;衣二三;用户体验:联动模式Research on shared wardrobe platform based on userexperience-Take YCLOSET for example[Abstract]Since the communique of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18thCentral Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC)first put forward the ideaof "developing the sharing economy"in 2015,it has become an obvious phenomenonin recent years that "sharing economy"has flourished in many fields.Starting fromthe first half of 2015,domestic clothing rental platform,to beauty rental,Doraemonand 23 clothing rental platform represented by the beginning of China's fashionsharing journey.This article takes YCLOSET as an example,through The study ofRent The Runway and Air Closet and The analysis of user experience principles,focusing on The status quo and problems of YCLOSET.From the perspective of userexperience,analyze the problem and make constructive suggestions,includingclothing hygiene issues,storage and logistics issues,user membership issues,in thehope that in-depth understanding of the above issues and proposed strategies at thesame time,can make more people understand the domestic platform for sharing rentalclothing,recognizing that the sustainability of the sharing economy business model isinextricably linked to the integration of brands,products,channels,and users,tappinginto the needs of users and sustaining users is a critical part of the platform'soperations.From the analysis of user portraits,to explore different pain points in theuser stage,to develop new channels and new products;to establish online-to-offlinelinkage model,online community operation,and to increase information interactionbetween users,rich users of product information to understand the level of offlineconstruction of physical stores,irregular activities,increase user viscosity.In thecontext of the sharing economy,the development of the fashion sharing businessmodel will not always stay on the product experience,but will gradually shift toprovide high-quality personalized services to bring users a higher level of consumerexperience,enrich the user experience.It also can help enriching the clothing category,solve the problem of homogenization,establish an efficient logistics storage system,effectively solve the problem of seamless connectivity.[Keywords]:sharing economy;fashion share;YCLOSET;linkage mode.
