摘要数据时代已经来临，近年来，个人信息侵权案件越来越多。它在侵权领域和侵权类型上趋于多样化，这种现象已引起广泛关注。因此，加强隐私的法律至关重要。当前，中国的隐私保护法律法规还相对不足，现有法规不够全面，难以充分保护人们的个人信息。在隐私法方面，西方一些发达国家根据自身情况制定了相关法律，形成了较为完整的法律体系和独特的立法模式，而中国的相关法律则系统标准尚未建立。随着社会信息的加速，个人信息的重要性越来越高，制定关于信息权的法规已是大势所趋。因此，基于个人信息的概念和特征，我们根据《信息时代民法》分析了个人信息保护的缺陷，并提出了改进措施，以确保个人信息的安全性和可靠性。关键词：信息时代：个人信息；民法保护AbstractData era has come,in recent years,more and more cases of personalinformation infringement.It tends to diversify in the area of infringement and thetypes of infringement,which has attracted wide attention.Therefore,laws tostrengthen privacy are essential.At present,China's privacy protection laws andregulations are relatively inadequate,the existing laws and regulations are notcomprehensive enough to fully protect people's personal information.In terms ofprivacy law,some developed countries in the West have formulated relevant lawsaccording to their own conditions,forming a relatively complete legal system and aunique legislative model,while China's relevant legal system standards have not yetbeen established.With the acceleration of social information,personal information isimportant Sex is getting higher and higher,making laws and regulations oninformation right is the general trend.Therefore,based on the concept andcharacteristics of personal information,we analyze the defects of personalinformation protection according to the Civil Law of the Information Age,andpropose improvement measures to ensure the security and reliability of personalinformation.Keywords:Information Age;Personal Information;Protection of Civil2
