东交通学院2020届本科毕业设计（论文）题目：乡村振兴视角下的西藏旅游产业发展研究-以普兰县为例姓名米玛次仁学号162803116学院经济与管理学院班级行政161指导教师徐大丰摘要我国经济正处于快速发展阶段，人均GDP也在逐年攀升，城镇人口已经多于农村人口，但我国仍旧是一个农业大国，基于庞大的人口基数，还是有大量农业人口，且其中包含大部分农村贫困人口，因此从农业农村的角度来考量，乡村振兴了，国家才会振兴。而要实现乡村振兴，农村产业发展就是一个极为重要的问题。农村产业的发展是一个系统的以农业联结工业、服务业为特色的产业链的模式展开的，所以需要农村各地打破传统的、分割的、片面的个体发展模式，结合自身的优劣势与其他地区相互借力，联合城乡发展，以期在一个发展系统内形成不可取代的发展优势。当然，农村产业发展的进步不止体现在为工业制造业提供优质原材料，还要广泛开拓自身的工业与服务业发展，如工厂的建立，旅游业的开发等等。在这样的政策环境下，我国农村发展应该抓住机遇，努力发展符合自身情况的产业，促进发展农村的循环经济、绿色产业、休闲观光农业等，实现生态效益与经济效益的和谐统一，这也是促进农村产业转型升级的重大举措。当地政府可以开发和整合本土自有资源，保护传统建筑原型，传承中华民族优秀传统文化，发展绿色产业、旅游观光产业，促进乡村观光旅游事业的发展。旅游业是西藏自治区国民经济各部门中发展速度最快、最具有活力的产业，已经成为促进西藏转变发展方式的动力产业、优化经济结构升级的优势产业、推动跨越式发展的支柱产业。普兰县隶属西藏边境，位于中、印、尼交界处，经济发展紧迫，本文将普兰县作为研究重点，通过分析该地区的资源优势和旅游现状，旨在如何利用其资源优势，实现乡村旅游振兴，提升地区经济实力提出具有建设性的意见，为西藏普兰县旅游业的蓬勃发展助力。关键词：乡村旅游振兴、民族旅游业：旅游资源AbstractChina's economy is in a stage of rapid development,and the per capita GDP is alsoincreasing year by year.The urban population is already larger than the rural population,but China is still a large agricultural country.Based on the huge population base,there arestill a large number of agricultural populations,which include most of the rural poverty.The population is therefore considered from the perspective of agriculture and countryside,and the country will be revitalized before the country is revitalized.To achieve ruralrevitalization,the development of rural industries is an extremely important issue.Thedevelopment of the rural industry is a systematic industrial chain model featuringagricultural connection industry and service industry.Therefore,it is necessary to break thetraditional,divided and one-sided individual development model in various rural areas,combining their own advantages and disadvantages with other regions Leverage each otherto unite urban and rural development with a view to forming an irreplaceable developmentadvantage within a development system.Of course,the progress of rural industrydevelopment is not only reflected in the provision of high-quality raw materials forindustrial manufacturing,but also the development of its own industry and serviceindustries,such as the establishment of factories and the development of tourism.Undersuch a policy environment,China 's rural development should seize the opportunity,striveto develop industries that meet its own conditions,promote the development of ruralcircular economy,green industry,leisure tourism agriculture,etc.,and achieve theharmonious integration of ecological and economic benefits Major measures to promote thetransformation and upgrading of rural industries.The local government can develop andintegrate its own local resources,protect traditional architectural prototypes,inherit theexcellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,develop green industries,tourism andtourism industries,and promote the development of rural tourism and tourism.Tourism is the fastest-growing and most dynamic industry among the various sectorsof the national economy of the Tibet Autonomous Region.It has become a power industrythat promotes the transformation of Tibet's development mode,an advantageous industrythat optimizes economic structure and upgrades,and a pillar industry that promotes leapingdevelopment.Pulan County is under the border of Tibet and is located at the junction ofChina,India,and Nepal.Economic development is urgent.This article takes Pulan Countyas the research focus.By analyzing the resource advantages and tourism status of the region,it aims to use its resource advantages to achieve rural tourism promotion,Promotingregional economic strength and putting forward constructive suggestions to help theprosperity of tourism in Pulan County,Tibet.Keywords:rural tourism promotion,national tourism;tourism resources
