编号江苏电子信息职业学院毕业论文大众速腾大轿车电动助力转题目向系统的故障诊断与检修学生姓名李靖学号2020131475院系智能交通学院专业新能源汽车运用与维修班级840201指导教师温杰老师顾问教师摘要轿车已经经历了长达137年的发展，价格也由高变低，从奢侈品变成可家喻户晓的代步工具。既然轿车已经如此的普及了，那么轿车的安全问题就不能被忽视了，尤其是转向系统的安全性，关乎着驾驶员的生命安全。轿车的转向系统是轿车上不可缺少的一个系统，轿车的转向系统功能是让驾驶员可以根据他自身的想法去控制所驾驶车辆的方向。本文写作目的是对大众速腾轿车电动助力转向系统常见故障检测与诊断进行研究。大众速腾轿车在我国的销量排行榜长居前几，是一款非常常见的适合大众的车型，如果大众速腾轿车的转向系统出现问题，会对驾驶员带来生命危险，同时也对维修人员的素质与能力提出了更高的要求，因此对大众速腾轿车电动助力转向系统常见故障的检测与诊断进行研究十分必要。本文首先写出了大众速腾轿车电动助力转向系统的结构与工作原理，然后分析其主要部件的结构及工作原理：其次分析各个主要部件的工作环境，从而分析出各个主要部件的失效形式并得出常见故障：通过绘制故障树总结出现故障的原因：通过对维修店的维修情况进行调研，得出主要部件故障的概率表：最后总结出维修的流程图并进行实例验证。本文的诉求在于通过对大众速腾轿车电动助力转向系统常见故障检测与诊断的研究，让大家更加通俗易懂的明白轿车转向系统的常见故障出在哪里并进行快速排除问题进行检修。关键词：液压转向系统：大众速腾轿车：常见故障：检测与诊断AbstractSalans have experienced 137 years of development,and the price has changed from high tolow,from luxury to a household means of transportation.Since cars have been so popular,thenthe safety problem of cars can not be ignored,especially the safety of the steering system,whichis related to the life safety of drivers.The steering system of a car is an indispensable system onthe car.The steering system function of the car is to allow the driver to control the direction ofthe vehicle according to his own ideas.The purpose of this paper is to study the common faultdetection and diagnosis of Volkswagen Sagitar electric power steering system.VolkswagenSagitar car in the top sales list in our country,is a very common models for the public,if theVolkswagen Sagitar car steering system problems,will bring life danger to the driver,but alsothe quality and ability of maintenance personnel put forward higher requirements,so theVolkswagen Sagitar car electric power steering system common fault detection and diagnosis isvery necessary.This paper first describes the structure and working principle of the electricpower steering system,then analyzes the structure and working principle of the maincomponents,analyzes the working environment of the main components and obtains thecommon faults;draws the fault tree,investigates the maintenance shop,obtains the probabilitytable of the main parts,and finally summarizes the maintenance flow chart and exampleverification.The appeal of this paper is to conduct the research on the common fault detectionand diagnosis of the electric power steering system of Volkswagen Sagitar car,so that we canbetter understand where the common faults of the car steering system are,and quickly eliminatethe problems for maintenance.Key words:hydraulic steering system;Volkswagen Sagitar car;common faults;detectionand diagnosis
