本科论文摘要随着我国物流行业发展快递市场的竞争也越来越激烈,在整个快递业整体的物流活动中分拣流程是非常重要环节,分拣效率的高低不光会对整个企业的分拣投入成本、整体服务效率和服务水平产生影响,也会对企业在市场中的核心竞争力和长远发展造成一定的影响。所以为了快速且有效的解决快递分拣中存在问题,本设计采用建模方法、使用仿真技术对其进行模拟仿真,以此来提高转运中心的分拣效率。首先本设计将SF转运中心的分拣区做为本设计的研究对象,简单对SF转运中心的功能布局、作业流程等进行了介绍后,通过分析分拣区的人工作业流程、人员作业能力和分拣人员自身的分拣负荷,发现分拣区存在一些问题,如:分拣效率低下、人员劳动强度过大、长时间作业导致易疲劳等等,研究分析得出结论:分拣流程是整个物流作业流程里的瓶颈环节,明确了本设计分拣区优化的内容是分拣流程的优化。基于ECS的方式对分拣流程进行改善,进行分拣流程操作模式的优化。针对分拣流程存在的问题进行分析,将原有一条分拣带模式改进为两条分拣带模式。同时对分拣流程人员分配进行调整。如果分拣人员分配的不合理也会出现效率低下,导致快件出现积压或爆仓的情况,这可能会对企业服务质量产生影响严重的话甚至也会给企业带来一定的经济损失,本设计旨在最大程度改善这种现象,提出了优化方案使企业利润最大化。然后进行6S管理活动。根据6S管理理论,改善SP转运中心分拣区现场实际存在的一些问题,以PDCA四个阶段循环实施6S管理活动,保证此方案可以有效的实施。最后根据实际状况对SF转运中心的分拣系统进行Flexsim仿真建模、运行并找到相对合适相应的解决办法并在此基础上对优化后的分拣流程进行建模仿真和运行结果分析最终本设计将优化前后的分拣系统的数据变化进行了充分的对照分析,通过优化前后的仿真模型之间的对照可以表明:S℉转运中心的分拣系统作业能力难题被妥善地解决了,改变拣货路径使一次分拣员工利用率得以提高:增加二次分拣线使暂存区货物在等待二次分拣时的间隔大大缩短,整体上提高了该公司的转运效率。关键词:转运中心;快递分拣:流程优化:Flexsim仿真本科论文AbstractWith the development of logistics industry in China,the competition in the expressdelivery market is becoming more and more intense.The sorting process is very important inthe overall logistics activities of the entire express industry.The sorting efficiency will notonly affect the whole enterprise's sorting cost,the overall service efficiency and the servicelevel.It will also have a certain impact on the core competitiveness and long-termdevelopment of enterprises in the market.Therefore,in order to solve the problems of expresssorting quickly and effectively,this design uses modeling method and simulation technologyto simulate it,in order to improve the sorting efficiency of the transfer center.First of all,the sorting area of the SF transfer center is designed as the research object ofthis design.After simply introducing the function layout and operation process of the SFtransfer center,we find that there are some problems in the sorting area by analyzing themanual operation process,the operation ability of the sorting area and the sorting load of thesorting personnel.For example,the sorting efficiency is low,the labor intensity of the workersis too large,and the fatigue is caused by long time operation.The conclusion is that thesorting process is the bottleneck in the whole logistics operation process.It is clear that theoptimization of the sorting area is the optimization of the sorting process.Based on the ECRS method,the sorting process is improved,and the operation mode ofthe sorting process is optimized.Aiming at the problems existing in the sorting process,theoriginal sorting mode is improved to two sorting mode.At the same time,the personnelallocation of the sorting process is adjusted.This may have serious impact on the quality ofservice of enterprises,and even bring some economic losses to enterprises.This design aimsat improving this phenomenon to the greatest extent,and puts forward the optimization planto maximize the profit of enterprises.Then,it carries out 6S management activities.According to 6S management theory,the problems existing in the sorting area of SF transportcenter are improved.In the four stages of PDCA,6S management activities are implementedto ensure that the plan can be effectively implemented.Finally,according to the actualsituation,Flexsim simulation modeling and operation of the SF transport center sortingsystem are carried out,and a relatively appropriate solution is found.On this basis,the本科论文optimized sorting process is modeled and simulated and the results of operation are analyzed.Finally,the data changes of the sorting system before and after optimization are fullyanalyzed and compared.The comparison between the simulation models before and afteroptimization shows that the problem of the sorting system operation ability of the SF transfercenter is properly solved,and the picking path improves the utilization rate of the sortingstaff.By adding two sorting lines,the interval between temporary goods waiting for twosorting is greatly shortened,and the overall efficiency of the company is improved.Key words:Transfer Center;Express sorting;process optimization;Flexsim simulation
