吉利博越发动机的诊断与排故吉利博越发动机的诊断与排故摘要随着经济的发展,人们生活水平的日益提高,汽车保有量的不断增多,汽车的尾气排放也日益成为大气污染的主要污染源,环境也随之不断恶化。目前,在整个大气污染中,汽车尾气排放的“贡献”过半,由此可见汽车尾气排放污染的严重性。在汽车的尾气排放中,那些排放超标车尤其会对环境造成巨大影响。为了有效控制尾气排放,各国政府纷纷出台了政策来限制车辆的尾气排放,其中政策之一就是当车辆老化到一定程度导致尾气排放达到一定限值后,车载诊断系统要报告车主故障以做出合适处理,这个诊断系统就是尾气排放车载故障诊断(OBD)系统。本文结合汽车公司的实际开发项目,主要进行新车的车载诊断(OBD)系统的开发研究,主要内容如下:1)根据功能模块或组件系统分类OBD系统诊断,研究在汽车尾气排放控制每个模块或组件系统的作用,分析其故障模式和对汽车废气的排放的影响:2)建立功能模块和监控指标和各组分,的故障模式的诊断策略来实现这些组件以及影响废气排放系统的在线监测:3)开展对催化剂故障监控发展的实验研究,设计诊断程序逻辑,开发催化转换器故障监控开发测试,监控逻辑数据设置,测试数据分析,通过催化转换器故障监控系统和国家OBD耐用和示范试验的耐久性试验,完成了车辆的催化转化器故障监视模块的最终数据发布。本文研究的内容作为国内最新兴的应用型课题,在实际的开发过程中,在借鉴吸收国外先进技术经验的同时,也摸索出了大量宝贵的试验方法及过程,发现了许多技术的不足,为今后类似项目的开发提供了宝贵经验,可有效缩短项目的开发时间,改进监控策略,对相关技术提出新的要求,延长车辆零部件及系统的使用寿命,降低能源消耗和环境污染。关键词:车载诊断,失火,燃油系统,发动机,氧存储量吉利博越发动机的诊断与排故AbstractWith the development of economy and the improvement of people's livingstandards,the number of cars in the country is increasing.With thecontinuous increase,the exhaust emission from automobiles hasincreasingly become the main source of air pollution.The environment isalso deteriorating.At present,in the whole air pollution,automobileexhaust emissionsThis shows the seriousness of automobile exhaustpollution.In the car Of the total emissions,those exceeding thestandard will have a great impact on the environment.ForIn order toeffectively control exhaust emissions,governments of various countrieshave issued policies to limit the tail of vehicles.Gas emission,one ofthe policies is to cause exhaust emission when vehicles age to a certainextent.After reaching a certain limit value,the on-board diagnosissystem shall report the vehicle owner's fault to make a suitable place.Li,this diagnostic system is the exhaust emission on-board faultdiagnosis (OBD)system.Based on the actual development project of theautomobile company,this paper mainly carries out on-board diagnosis ofnew cars.The main contents of the research and development of OBD systemare as follows:1)classify and study OBD system diagnosis according tofunctional modules or component systems The function of each module orcomponent system in vehicle exhaust emission control is analyzedEffectiveness model and its impact on vehicle exhaust emission;2)Establish monitoring indexes and diagnosis of failure modes of variousfunctional modules and componentsStrategy to achieve vehicle onlinemonitoring of these components and systems that affect exhaust emissions;3)Carry out experimental research on catalyst failure monitoring anddevelopment,design diagnostic programlogic,and carry out catalystfailure monitoring and development test,monitoring logic data settingand test According to the analysis of the test data,the durability testof the catalyst failure monitoring system and the state have been passed.The OBD durability and demonstration test completed the final monitoringmodule of vehicle catalyst failure.Data release.The research content ofthis paper,as the latest application-oriented topic in China,is actuallydevelopingIn the process of development,while learning from andabsorbing foreign advanced technology experience,we have also made greatachievements.Valuable test methods and processes have found manytechnical deficiencies for the future similarThe development of theproject provides valuable experience,which can effectively shorten thedevelopment time of the project and improve it.Monitoring strategy,putforward new requirements for related technologies,extend the vehicleparts and systems Service life,reduce energy consumption andenvironmental pollution.Key words:on-board diagnosis,fire,fuel system,start-upOxygen storagecapacity吉利博越发动机的诊断与排故目录41.1研究背景..41.2研究目的与意义6二发动机的诊断与排故...92.1故障诊断的一般原则9112.2.1诊断过程...112.2.2模糊诊断方法..122.2.3故障树诊断方法.122.2.4神经网络诊断方法..·132.2.5主元分析法诊断14161718
