本科论文目录摘要…Abstract…引1绪论31.1课题背景1.2课题目的31.3课题意义32国内外养老建筑发展现状42.1国外养老建筑发展现状42.2国内养老建筑发展现状3项目概况.…73.1项目设计条件及设计理念3.2养老建筑的空间设计原则3.3医养结合下养老建筑的设计趋势84总体规划134.1场地规划134.2建筑布局134.3道路规划444444144.4室外活动场地规划145单体设计…155.1功能设计155.2平面布局155.3流线设计165.4景观设计17结18参考文献19致谢…21本科论文摘要当今传统养老建筑还停留在满足老年人们最基本的需求，应该顺应时代发展潮流，响应政府对于推进医养结合模式发展的号召，需要在护理医疗、康复空间、医疗设施方面进行设计，以解决人民日益增长的高品质医疗服务的需要和落后的设计理念与养老空间之间的矛盾。在服务内容上，有别于仅提供日常照料护理的传统养老机构，它既包含传统的日常护理、文化娱乐与精神心理服务，又包括了老年人医疗康复服务。在服务对象上，医养结合模式中的养老机构更加为身体行动不方便的老年人提供全身心的照顾，为身体行动不方便或有疾病的老年人提供养老与医疗服务。本文针对养老建筑的建筑布局、道路规划、活动场地、建筑功能、流线和居住空间等方面阐述养老建筑的设计特殊之处。由于老年人在生理上和心理上的特殊原因，养老项目的场地设计与一些常规的项目相比，有一些不同，对人性化、适老化的要求较高，对细节设计的要求更为严格。因此要综合考虑，合理规划，从老人的实际需求出发进行全面设计。关键词：老龄化；老年建筑；养老模式；医养结合本科论文AbstractThe Today is traditional old-age care buildings still remain to meet the mostbasic needs of the elderly.They should conform to the development trend of thetimes and respond to the governments call for the development of the combinationof medical and nursing care.The growing need for high-quality medical servicesand the contradiction between backward design concepts and retirement spaces.Interms of service content,it is different from traditional pension institutions thatonly provide daily care and care.It includes traditional daily care,culturalentertainment and mental and psychological services,as well as medicalrehabilitation services for the elderly.In terms of service targets,the old-age careinstitutions in the integrated medical and nursing model provide whole-heartedcare for the elderly with physical inconvenience,and provide old-age and medicalservices for the elderly with chronic diseases,disabilities,early recovery frommajor illnesses,and late terminal illness.This article describes the special features of the design of the old-agedbuildings in terms of the old-aged buildings architectural layout,road planning,event venue,building functions,circulation and living space.Due to the specialphysical and psychological reasons of the elderly,the site design of the pensionproject is different from some conventional projects.It has higher requirements forhumanization and aging,and stricter requirements for detailed design.Therefore,itis necessary to consider comprehensively,plan rationally,and conduct acomprehensive design based on the actual needs of the elderly.Keywords:ageing;old buildings;pension model;medical and nursing integration
