本科论文目录摘要Abstract.…引1课题背景、目的及意义1.1课题背景31.3课题意义32国内外相关研究现状及趋势2.1国外研究现状及趋势2.2国内研究现状和趋势2.3研究内容和研究方法103.1更新地块区位及存在的问题.104街区更新改造设计原则及理念134.1设计原则4.2设计理念结论…参考文献…致谢…20本科论文摘要在中国快速城市化进程的实际情况下，传统的民居历史街区城市的长期发展趋势中产生，以融入时代和居民的居住环境和生活条件，从而产生了独具一格的建筑风貌和丰富多彩的人文内涵。传统民居历史街区所承载的历史信息内容，饱含地方特色，民俗风情，是城市和居民的集体记忆。但是，随着中国经济的飞速发展，城市传统民居历史街区日趋阑珊，迫切需要保护和更新。然而，中国仍然缺乏对传统民居历史街区的保护、改造和更新的深入科学研究，并且存在许许多多的误区。因此，探索传统民居历史街区的发展前景具有深刻且非凡的实际意义山。本论文分析了南京溧水寺桥街区街传统民居历史街区的生存状况和发展趋势。基于对世界各国保护、改造和更新的社会经验的基础研究，调查难题，分析难题和解决难题，应用专业技术的基本理论和设计手法，对传统民居和历史街区的保护、改造和更新等诸多问题上进行了深入的分析和研究。阐明了南京溧水寺桥街区传统民居历史街区保护和更新的方向，明确提出了保护和更新的标准和实施的可行性分析，并进行实用的设计方案和实践活动的讨论，强化了对历史街区传统民居保护与更新的相干课题的认知和了解。目标在于探寻科学有效的方法寻找更加实际的、可行的、长期的保护与更新的路线。关键词：历史街区；传统民居；保护：更新本科论文AbstractIn the realistic background of China sustained and rapid cities,historicalblocks are formed in the long-term development process of cities,with uniquearchitectural features and rich cultural connotations.The historical information itcarries and the local characteristics it contains are all valuable materials to recordthe city.With the rapid development of economy,the historic district in the centerof the city is declining day by day,which urgently needs to be protected andrenewed.However,there are many misunderstandings in the protection andtransformation of historical blocks in China.Therefore,it has profound practicalsignificance to explore the development path of historical blocks.This paper analyzes the existing situation and the causes of the traditionalhouses in Lishui Siqiao District,Nanjing.Based on the study of the existingdomestic and foreign practical experience of protection and renewal,this papermakes an in-depth analysis and discussion of some problems in the protection andrenewal of historical blocks and traditional houses by using the professional theoryand design methods,starting from the investigation,analysis and solution ofproblems.This paper establishes the goal of the protection and renewal of thetraditional residential buildings in the historical district of Lishui,Nanjing,putsforward the principles of protection and renewal and the feasibility ofimplementation,and makes a specific design practice discussion,deepening theunderstanding of the related issues of the protection and renewal of the traditionalresidential buildings in the historical district.The purpose is to explore effectivescientific methods to find a more realistic,feasible and long-term way to protectand update.Keywords:historical block;traditional residence;protect;update
