本科论文目录摘要…Abstract.…引言1课题背景、目的及意义31.1课题背景.…1.3课题意义2国内外相关研究现状.…52.1国内新中式居住建筑现状2.2国外相关研究现状2.3新中式居住建筑发展趋势63项目设计的目标与原则3.1项目设计的目标83.2项目设计的原则94项目概况.104.1区位介绍104.2基地现状分析114.3设计拟解决的问题115居住区规划及建筑方案设计125.1设计思路125.2平面布局125.3景观设计135.4道路规划135.5单体设计145.6新中式表现14结论15.16致.18本科论文摘要在19世纪时期，古典主义建筑在西方一度兴起，但因其外立面装饰的繁琐，不再满足于人们的审美。在之后全球进入工业化时代，工业化的简约风格逐渐被人们青睐。虽然我国建筑行业相较西方国家属于起步比较晚的，但在经济发展的大浪潮后，居住建筑的设计逐渐被现代建筑设计师所重视，在工业化、现代化的浪潮席卷全球后，各国的文化一时变得支离破碎，传统文化与西方文化在此时产生激烈的摩擦，建筑形式逐渐呈现以西方为主导的单一文化趋势。在现在这个传统文化复兴的浪潮下，新中式建筑风格应运而生，在国家经济实力提升后人们对传统文化复兴的追求愈发强烈，设计师渐渐不再单纯的照搬和模仿，在探寻中国本土化建筑风格的道路上，逐渐产生一种新生的设计理念，并孕育出含蓄优雅，美观得体的新中式风格。在这些年里，新中式风格逐步被广大群众接受，为了满足人们的需求，新中式住宅越来越多。但由于设计缺乏创新意识，在进行建筑设计时整体设计风格仍遵循西方，只在装饰以及家具上选择中式风格，甚至在设计时缺乏对中国传统建文化的了解，设计出四不像的住宅风格。新中式的建筑形式是以现代设计的审美和现代人的生活方式，结合中国的传统文化形成的一种新的建筑风格，为了创造具有中国特色的城市面貌。在中国的传统文化和现代建筑结合的过程中，不单单要做到形似，更要做到神似，神形结合的思想也正是中国传统文化中所追求的理想和观念，中国的传统思想对中国建筑的发展也起到了至关重要的作用，而建筑又反过来从自身的表现形式中表现出中国的传统思想。关键词：居住区；新中式住宅；规划设计；本科论文AbstractIn the 19th century,classical architecture once rose in the west,but because ofthe tedious facade decoration,it is no longer satisfied with people's aesthetic.Afterthe global industrial era,the industrial simple style is gradually favored by people.Although China's construction industry is relatively late compared with westerncountries,the design of residential buildings is gradually valued by modernarchitectural designers after the great wave of economic development.After thewave of industrialization and modernization sweeping the world,the cultures ofvarious countries become fragmented for a while,and the traditional culture andWestern culture produce fierce friction at this time.The architectural formgradually presents as follows The single cultural trend dominated by the West.Inthe current wave of traditional cultural renaissance,new Chinese style architecturecame into being.After the national economic strength was improved,people'spursuit of traditional cultural renaissance became more and more intense.Designers gradually no longer simply copy and imitate.On the way to explore theChinese native architectural style,a new design concept gradually emerged,andgave birth to implicit,elegant,beautiful and decent New Chinese style.In theseyears,the new Chinese style has been gradually accepted by the masses.In order tomeet people's needs,more and more new Chinese style houses have been built.However,due to the lack of innovative consciousness in design,the overall designstyle still follows the west,only choosing the Chinese style in decoration andfurniture,and even lacking the understanding of Chinese traditional architecturalculture in design,the four different residential styles are designed.The new Chinese style architecture is a new style of architecture formed bymodern design aesthetics and modern people's life style,combined with Chinesetraditional culture,in order to create a city with Chinese characteristics.In theprocess of the combination of Chinese traditional culture and modern architecture,we should not only achieve the resemblance of form,but also the resemblance ofspirit.The idea of the combination of spirit and form is exactly the ideal and ideapursued by Chinese traditional culture.Chinese traditional thought also plays acrucial role in the development of Chinese architecture,and architecture in turnshows Chinese traditional thought from its own manifestation.Keywords:residential area;new Chinese style residence;planning and design
