本科论文目录摘要Abstract…引1课题背景、目的及意义1.1课题背景31.2课题目的1.3课题意义…2项目概况…62.1项目设计条件及设计原则2.2居住区周边73总体规划.…93.1项目设计过程3.2项目设计环境93.3居住区布局分析3.4居住区流线设计144风格设计…154.1色彩设计..154.2平面布局结论参考文献…致谢21本科论文摘要本文论述的是一个居住区公共空间的设计研究，融合哈尔滨当地的地域文化、努力做到彰显城市特色、统一周边环境，展现出整体和谐的居住区户型安排，小区景观设计以及建筑小品设计。本项目主要是针对哈尔滨市道里区河山街居住区规划及建筑方案设计。首先居住区的外面一周公共空间，绿化车位等进行设计，将居住区公共空间设计与好的景观设计理念统一结合起来。利用整体表达的方法，传达给小区居住居民，使其对设计产生一致的认同感，进行设计的时候，更多考虑户型设计与建筑空间设计的有效结合，使居住区更可以符合居住居民的审美要求。随着经济条件的迅速发展，居民现在不仅仅满足于仅对居住区公共空间的实用性，居住性的需求，对空间品味的提升也有了相对增加的需要，增加部分的绿化。建造一个全新的现代化居住区是一件轻而易举的事情，而将一个现代化居住区做到人人喜爱，适合所有居民，需要不断的调查和了解当地居民的衣食住行才可以更好的做到真正的了解他们的需求。关键词：户型；理念；空间；绿化；品味提升本科论文AbstractThis paper discusses the design and research of public space in a residentialarea,which integrates the local regional culture of Harbin,strives to highlightthe urban characteristics,unify the surrounding environment,and shows theoverall and harmonious residential area layout,residential landscape design andarchitectural sketch design.The project is mainly aimed at the planning andarchitectural design of Heshan Street residential area in Daoli District,Harbincity.First of all,the peripheral public space of the residential area is designed,combining the public space design of the residential area with a good landscapedesign concept.The method of overall expression is used to convey to theresidents of the residential area,so that they have a consistent sense of identityfor the design.When designing,more consideration should be given to theeffective combination of house type design and architectural space design,sothat the residential area can more meet the aesthetic requirements of theresidents.With the rapid development of economic conditions,residents notonly meet the practical needs of public space in residential areas,but also have arelatively increased demand for the improvement of space taste,increasing partof the greening.It's easy to build a new modern residential area,and it's suitablefor all residents.It needs continuous investigation and understanding of localresident's food,clothing,housing and transportation to better understand theirneeds.Keywords:House type;concept;space;greening;taste improvement
