本科论文目录摘要Abstract...引言1课题背景、目的及意义1.2课题目的.41.3课题意义52国内外居住区规划设计发展现状62.1国外居住区规划设计发展现状62.2国内居住区规划设计发展现状3.1项目设计条件及设计原则3.2居住建筑的设计原则104总体规划.144.1场地规划144.2建筑布局144.3道路规划145风格设计…165.1色彩设计165.2平面布局18结论20参考文献21致.23本科论文摘要随着时代的发展，我国的居住区规划己经度过了一个漫长的周期。随着现代人们对物质要求的提高，一种超脱于物质之上的，对生活进一步优化的渴望与追求也在逐渐变大，与日俱增。健康生活，才是每一个现代人所憧憬的。较高绿化率、清新的空气以及居家模式的安逸空间成为了更高的标准。居住区作为城市的重要核心之一，是被城市道路或自然界线所围合的具有一定规榄的生活聚居地，它为居民提供生活居住空间和各类服务设施，以满足居民日常物质和精神生活的需求。我们不断将国外的经验和理论学以致用，引进了一系列相关的居住规划理论，并在实践和应用之中逐步转化为了一套符合我国国情的规划理论，这一举措使当下的规划水平得到了显著提升。以此需求为前提，大批的住宅居住区出现在了全国各地。它们具备当地风土人情、环境优良、功能性强，很大限度的改善了居民们的生活。我们不断优化的居住环境，也进一步促进了我国的现代化建设。但近几年来，人们的物质与精神需求日益增长，虽然我国现有的居住区建设已经有了很大的建树，但在居住环境等其他指标的建设方面的仍存在不同程度的短板。几乎所有的开发商为了利益都在最大限度追求较高的容积率。居住区中高密度、地绿化己成为了常态，户外活动空间经常被忽视。此般现状，怎样将居住区的规划与人性相结合成了时代难题。在“以人为本”的准则下，建立居住区户外拓展空间，扩大不同功能的活动区域，令更多的居民能够享受舒适健康的“居家模式”才是应该解决的重大难关。关键词：人性化；居住建筑：户外空间：居家模式本科论文AbstractWith the development of the times,China's residential district planning haspassed a long cycle.With the improvement of modern people's materialrequirements,a kind of desire and pursuit beyond the material for furtheroptimization of life is also gradually growing and increasing.Healthy life iswhat every modern person longs for.Higher greening rate,fresh air andcomfortable space in the home mode have become higher standards.As one ofthe important cores of the city,residential area is a living settlement surroundedby city roads or natural boundaries.It provides residents with living space andvarious service facilities to meet their daily material and spiritual needs.Wehave continuously applied foreign experiences and theories,introduced a seriesof relevant residential planning theories,and gradually transformed them into aset of planning theories that are in line with China's national conditions inpractice and application.This move has significantly improved the currentplanning level.On the premise of this demand,a large number of residentialareas have appeared all over the country.They have local customs,excellentenvironment and strong functionality,which greatly improve the lives ofresidents.Our continuously optimized living environment has further promotedthe modernization of our country.However,in recent years,people's materialand spiritual needs have been increasing day by day.Although greatachievements have been made in the construction of existing residential areas inour country,there are still some deficiencies in the construction of otherindicators such as residential environment.Almost all developers are pursuing ahigher floor area ratio to the greatest extent for the benefit.High density andland greening in residential areas have become the norm,and outdoor activityspace is often neglected.Under such current situation,how to combine theplanning of residential areas with human nature has become a difficult problemof the times.Under the "people-oriented"principle,the major difficulties to besolved are the establishment of outdoor expansion spaces in residential areas,theexpansion of activity areas with different functions,and the "home model"thatenables more residents to enjoy comfort and health.Keywords:Humanization;Residential buildings;Outdoor space;Home mode
