HARBIN CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY毕业论文农村小学教师职业认同感现状及对策研题目:究学生姓名:胡赛男指导教师:何春艳副教授学教育学院专业班级:2019级小学教育2班2023年5月摘要随着我国教师师资队伍逐渐增多,我国政府部门对农村小学教育更加重视,山东省莱西市店埠镇中心小学、山东省莱西市姜山镇中心小学以及山东省莱西市姜山镇前山完全小学教育也发生了变化,与城镇小学还是有着很大的差距,师资配备、教室设备以及教育质量也有失衡问题,教育部门近年来也在努力的提升农村小学的办学质量,但由于一些现实原因,特别是教师队伍问题,失衡问题也一直存在。而小学教师作为小学教育非常关键的一部分,能够直接对农村小学教育的质量起到决定性作用。从理论和实践两方面分析来看,人们对于农村小学教师这个职业存在着相对不认同的现象,这一现象直接影响着教师对自己职业的满意度,甚至会影响到离职意向。本文首先描述了社会对于农村小学教师职业认同度低的现象,为了改善这一现状继而提出了建设性的建议和举措,分别从国家政策方面、社会地位方面、学校管理方面以及个人提升方面,希望以此来提供有价值的参考。教师是在国家教育资源中占有核心地位,优秀教师才是办好学校教育的重中之重,为了提高农村小学教师队伍的整体水平。所以人们应该更加重视农村小学教师的职业认同感,教师本人也更应该关注自身的职业成长,只有这样才能促进整个农村小学教师队伍的职业发展。为了解农村小学教师职业认同的满意度,本文运用了问卷调查法、文献法以及访谈法进行研究,也为提升教师职业认同感提出策略。关键词:农村小学:农村小学教师:职业认同AbstractWith the gradual increase of teacher teachers in our country,Chinese governmentdepartments pay more attention to rural primary education,Baitown Central Primary school inLaixi City of Shandong province,Jiangshan Town Central Primary School in Laixi City ofShandong province and Qianshan complete primary school education in Jiangshan Town ofLaixi City of Shandong province have also changed,there is still a big gap with urban primaryschools,Teachers,classroom equipment and education quality are also out of balance.In recentyears,the education department has made great efforts to improve the quality of rural primaryschools.However,due to some practical reasons,especially the problem of teachers,theimbalance has always existed.Primary school teachers,as a very key part of primary schooleducation,can directly play a decisive role in the quality of rural primary education.From theperspective of theoretical and practical analysis,there is a relatively disapproving phenomenonof rural primary school teachers,which directly affects teachers'satisfaction with their careerand even affects their turnover intention.This paper first describes the phenomenon of lowsocial recognition of rural primary school teachers'profession,and then puts forwardconstructive suggestions and measures to improve this situation,respectively from the aspectsof national policy,social status,school management and personal promotion,hoping to providevaluable reference.Teachers occupy a core position in the national education resources,excellent teachers arethe top priority of school education,in order to improve the overall level of rural primaryschool teachers.Therefore,people should pay more attention to the professional identity ofrural primary school teachers,and teachers themselves should also pay more attention to theirown professional growth,only in this way can promote the career development of the wholerural primary school teachers.In order to understand the satisfaction of rural primary schoolteachers'professional identity,this paper uses questionnaire survey,literature method andinterview method to conduct research,and also puts forward strategies for improving teachers'professional identity.
