HARBIN CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY毕业论文小学语文教学评价的实施现状及对策题目:探究学生姓名:王鑫宇指导教师:孙丽丽讲师学教育学院专业班级:2019级小学教育2班2023年5月摘要在小学语文教学中,教学评价是一项非常重要的工作。语文教学评价的目的在于对学生学习情况进行检查,使之能更好地促进学生的发展。这一次的研究,就是要发现目前小学语文教学评价中所出现的问题,并在新课程的背景下,探讨一种行之有效的小学语文教学评价策略,从而推动学生语文素质的形成与发展。为了提高小学语文教师教学评价的教学效果,本文对当前小学语文教学评价的实施现状进行了研究,并探讨了改进实施对策。本文通过文献分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法展开调查,该校小学语文教学评价存在的问题为教师对教学评价功能理解片面、教师运用的教学评价类型单一、教师对教学评价反思应用不当,上述问题归结于以下几点原因:教师对教学评价功能认识不全面、教师缺乏教学评价类型的创新意识以及教师的教学评价反思意识薄弱。进而提出关于小学语文教学评价的实施对策。基于理论基础和小学语文教学评价现状的分析,论文系统的提出了提升教师对教学评价功能的理解、引导教师创设多种教学评价类型以及加强教师对教学评价反思的认识。关键词:小学语文:教学评价:语文教学评价AbstractTeaching evaluation is an important part of language teaching activities,which directlyaffects the entire teaching process.The purpose of language teaching evaluation is to teststudents'language learning,so as to effectively promote students'development.In view of theexisting problems in the current evaluation of language teaching,this paper explores effectivestrategies for primary school language teaching evaluation under the background of the newcurriculum,and ultimately promotes the formation and development of students'languageliteracy.In order to improve the teaching effect of primary school Chinese teacher teachingevaluation,this paper studies the current implementation status of primary school languageteaching evaluation,and discusses the implementation measures to improve the implementationof this paper through literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview methodto investigate,teachers use a single teaching evaluation model,teachers reflect on teachingevaluation application improperly,the above problems are attributed to the following reasons:teachers'one-sided understanding of teaching evaluation function,Teachers lack the innovativeawareness of teaching evaluation mode and weak awareness of teachers'teaching evaluationreflection.In addition,we propose measures for the implementation of primary school languageteaching evaluation.Based on the theoretical basis and the analysis of the current situation ofprimary school Chinese teaching evaluation,this paper systematically proposes to improveteachers'understanding and awareness of teaching evaluation function,create a variety ofteaching evaluation types,and strengthen teachers'understanding and awareness of teachingevaluation reflection.Keywords:Primary school language;Pedagogical evaluation;Evaluation of language teaching
