HARBIN CAMBRIDGE UNIVERSITY毕业论文小学低年级学生劳动教育中存在的问题题目:及对策学生姓名:许成婷指导教师:何丹丹讲师学教育学院专业班级:2019级小学教育2班2023年5月摘要劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要组成部分,它不仅为实现党的教育宗旨提供了有力的支撑,而且还为培养具有良好道德品质、身心健康、全面发展的社会主义建设者提供了坚实基础。小学低年级学生作为青少年发展的关键期,是青少年心智发展的基本阶段,更应该正视劳动教育。近些年来,随着国家不断颁发有关劳动教育的文件,对劳动教育的关注度逐渐增加,这对劳动教育的发展起到积极作用。低年级小学劳动教育课能够培养学生的德智体美劳全面发展,以及促进创新和实践领域的不断发展。在小学过程中,劳动教育课程更是实施培养学生劳动素养的重要途径,劳动教育课程是学生发展过程中的一个重要阶段。本文通过运用观察法、文献分析法、问卷法和访谈法的相关调查后发现当前小学低年级劳动教育实行过程中存在诸多问题:小学低年级学生劳动素质亟待提高、劳动教育的家校协同性不强、小学劳动教育师资力量薄弱、劳动教育学科地位边缘化、劳动教育课程实施形式化等问题,而这些问题也是目前小学低年级劳动教育教学工作中需要进行调整。经过整理和进一步剖析发现,出现上述问题的主要原因是:不正确的劳动价值观、学校不重视劳动教育、应试教育倾向性明显以及学校劳动教育缺乏系统规划。进而提出与之相应的应对策略:树立正确的劳动价值观、转变教育观念与形成教育合力、扩大劳动教育教师队伍、增强劳动教育的地位、完善劳动教育课程。关键词:小学低年级:劳动教育:课程实施AbstractLabor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinesecharacteristics.It not only provides a strong support for the realization of the Party's educationalpurpose,but also provides a solid foundation for training socialist builders with good moralquality,physical and mental health,and all-round development.As the critical period ofadolescent development,the lower grade students in primary school are the basic stage ofadolescent mental development,so we should pay attention to labor education.In recent years,with the continuous issuance of documents related to labor education by the state,the attentionto labor education is gradually increasing,which plays a positive role in the development oflabor education.The labor education course of lower grade primary school can cultivatestudents'all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,the United States and labor,andpromote the continuous development of innovation and practice field.In the process of primaryschool,labor education curriculum is an important way to cultivate students'labor literacy,andlabor education curriculum is an important stage in the process of students'development.Through the use of observation method,literature analysis method,questionnaire methodand interview method,this paper finds that there are many problems in the implementation oflabor education in the lower grades of primary schools:The labor quality of lower gradestudents in primary school needs to be improved urgently,the coordination between home andschool of labor education is not strong,the strength of teachers in primary school laboreducation is weak,the status of labor education discipline is marginalized,and theimplementation of labor education curriculum is formalized,and these problems are also in thecurrent work of lower grade labor education in primary school need to be adjusted.Aftersorting and further analysis,it is found that the main reasons for the above problems are:incorrect labor values,schools do not pay attention to labor education,the obvious tendency ofexam-oriented education and the lack of systematic planning of school labor education.Thenthe corresponding countermeasures are put forward:setting up correct labor values,transforming educational concepts and forming educational joint forces,expanding the ranks of
