诚信声明我声明，所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在老师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我查证，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文（设计)中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含为获得其他教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。我承诺，论文（设计）中的所有内容均真实、可信。毕业论文（设计）作者（签名）：年月日某院2020年至2022年药品不良反应报告分析【摘要】目的：提高该医院药品不良反应(ADR)报告质量水平，进一步加强ADR监测，规范安全用药。方法：收集深圳市某医院864份药品不良反应报告，针对报告类型、年龄性别、职业类型、转归情况、关联性评价、给药途径、药品类别等方面，通过使用EXCEL办公软件和人工手动输入两种方法，对数据进行整理分析，最后得出结论。结果：864例药品不良反应报告中，报告类型以新的和严重的ADR(58.22%)为主，新的ADR共247例(28.59%)，严重ADR共304例(29.63%)：男性患者324例，女性患者540例，男女比例为1：1.67：以18~59岁人群居多(68.63%)：上报人职业以医师(62.62%)为主：不良反应结果以好转为主(49.31%)，关联性评价以“很可能”居多(67.36%)：主要给药途径为口服(56.02%)和静脉滴注(27.66%)：发生ADR最多的为抗微生物药物(24.42%)。结论：药品不良反应报告的比例因性别、年龄、给药途径和药物类别而异，关注易发生不良反应人群，提高医护人员对ADR的认识和上报意识，可减少ADR的发生，促进临床安全合理用药。【关键词】药品不良反应：合理用药：分析Analysis on Reports of Adverse Drug Reaction in a Hospitalfrom 2020 to 2022[Abstract]Objective:To improve the quality of adverse drug reaction (ADR)reports in the hospital,further strengthen ADR monitoring,and standardize safemedication.Method:864 adverse drug reaction reports were collected from a certainhospital in Shenzhen.Based on the types of reports,age and gender,occupationaltypes,outcomes,correlation evaluations,administration routes,and drug categories,the data were analyzed and organized using Excel office software and manual input.Finally,a conclusion was drawn.Result:Among the 864 adverse drug reaction reports,the main types of reports were new and severe adverse drug reactions (58.22%),witha total of 247 new adverse drug reaction reports (28.59%)and 304 severe adversedrug reaction reports(29.63%);There are 324 male patients and 540 female patients,with a male to female ratio of 1:1.67;The majority of people aged 18-59(68.63%);The reporting profession is mainly physician (62.62%);The adverse reactions weremainly improved (49.31%),and the correlation evaluation was mostly "likely"(67.36%);The main routes of administration are oral (56.02%)and intravenous drip(27.66%);The most common adverse drug reactions occurred with antimicrobialdrugs (24.42%).Conclusion:The proportion of adverse drug reaction reports variesdepending on gender,age,route of administration,and drug type.Focusing on thepopulation prone to adverse reactions,improving medical staff's awareness andreporting awareness of adverse drug reactions,can reduce the occurrence of adversedrug reactions and promote safe and rational clinical medication.[Keywords]Adverse drug reactions Rational administration of drug Analyse
