中国地质大学长城学院本科毕业论文题目中小企业融资难存在的问题及解决对策系别经济学院专业会计学学生姓名李文静学号013131543指导教师马彦玲职称教授2017年4月30日中小企业融资难存在的问题及解决对策摘要至今为止，中小型企业慢慢的成为了促进经济发展增长的一个很重要助力，是扩宽国家就业机会和实现相关技术创新的一种主要方式。由于在实现经济的增长、活跃市场经济、保障就业以及促进技术进步等方面一直发挥着非常重要的作用，所以社会各界对中小企业的发展问题也十分关注。然而中小企业自身的局限性和融资外部环境的制约，融资难已经成为制约我国中小企业发展的主要瓶颈。中小企业融资难问题在世界各国普遍存在，即使在金融资源丰富、中小企业支持体系齐全的发达国家也依然存在。在我国这样一个信贷市场以大型银行为主导且资本市场尚不健全的国家，中小企业融资难这一世界性难题就显得格外突出。在现阶段如何破解中小企业融资难题并实施有效的政策来解决融资难是摆在我们面前的重要问题。本文阐述了中小企业在后金融危机时代的融资困境，在这样的大环境下，根据中小企业在后金融危机时代存在的机会，提出了适合中小企业融资的方式和途径，同时借鉴国际经验提出了加大政府财政支持力度，创新管理模式的政策建议。关键词：中小企业：融资难：金融政策：金融服务体系ABSTRACTAt present,small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important driving force topromote the development of national economy,is the employment and the important carrier oftechnology innovation in our country.In promoting economic growth,active market economy,guarantee employment and promote technological progress has played a very important role,andthe social from all walks of life to the development of small and medium-sized enterprisesproblem also very concerned about.However,due to the small and medium-sized enterprise ownlimitations and the restriction of the external environment of financing,financing difficulties hasbecome the main bottleneck of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises inChina.Small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficult problem is common in countriesaround the world,even in the financial resources are rich,complete support system of small andmedium-sized enterprises of developed countries still exists.In our country,such a credit marketsdominated by large Banks and capital market is not yet perfect,small and medium-sizedenterprise financing difficult to this worldwide problem is especially prominent.At present howto decipher the small and medium-sized enterprise financing problems and implementingeffective policies to solve the financing difficulties is an important problem in front of us.Thispaper expounds the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in thefinancial crisis era,in such circumstances,according to the small and medium-sizedenterprises exist in post financial crisis era,puts forward the ways and methods suitable for smalland medium-sized enterprise financing,draw lessons from international experience at the sametime put forward the strong financial support from the government,innovation managementmodel of policy recommendations.Key words:small and medium-sized enterprises;Financingdifficulties;Financialpolicy;Financial service system
