盐城师范学院毕业论文2016-2017学年度百世物流南京上坊仓库存管理优化研究学生姓名周柳学院商学院专业物流管理（国际物流）班级13(2)学号13318433指导教师寇铮2017年5月20日盐城师范学院毕业论文百世物流南京上坊仓库存管理优化研究摘要近年来，随着我国物流和电商的蓬勃发展，库存环节在企业中的作用显得极为重要。作为物流业务中至关重要的一个环节，库存作业一向都是理论界和实践界重点关注的对象。库存管理的效率与整个物流供应链的效率和成本有着很大的关系，如若不能担保顺畅的库存控制，将会导致供应链中管理费用增加，服务质量下滑，引起客户满意度下降，从而影响企业与同行的竞争力。因此，物流企业必须优化现有的库存模式，严格控制库存，提高库存水平，用科学合理的库存管理来满足客户要求，降低成本，从而加强企业自身的行业竞争力。本文以百世物流公司南京上坊仓库为研究对象，通过文献研究法、实际调查法和数据分析法对仓库库存管理现状进行深入的研究和分析，发现了百世物流公司库存管理存在诸如仓储管理水平低下、需求预测不准确导致的库存积压、采购批量不合理导致的缺货等一系列的问题。然后根据公司的相关数据资料进行分析建立需求模型，进行需求预测，利用ABC分类法针对这些问题进行分析并给予优化方案。【关键词】供应链：库存管理：需求预测：ABC分类：EOQ模型盐城师范学院毕业论文Best logistics Nanjing workshop on optimization ofwarehouse managementAbstractIn recent years,with the vigorous development of China's logistics ande-commerce,inventory link role is extremely important in the enterprise.As a vitallink in the logistics business,inventory work always focuses on objects in theory andpractice.The efficiency of inventory management with the whole supply chainefficiency and costs have a lot to do if we cannot guarantee smooth inventory controlwill lead to increased cost of supply chain management,service quality,customersatisfaction,which affect the competitiveness of enterprises with their peers.Therefore,to optimize existing inventory model of logistics enterprises,strict controlof inventories,increased inventory levels,with scientific and rational stockmanagement to meet customer requirements,reduce costs,so as to enhance theircompetitivenessWarehouse based on the best company on the Nanjing fang as the object of study,through literature research,survey methods and data analysis for in-depth researchand analysis on the status quo of warehouse inventory management,found the bestcompany storage such as storage management level,demand forecasting inaccuracycaused by overstocking,unreasonable procurement volume led to a series of problemswith the stock.According to company's data analysis requirements,demandforecasting,using ABC classification in response to these problems and optimizationsolutions.[Key words I supply chain inventory management,demand forecasting;ABCclassification;EOQ model
