温州中小企业信息化与企业文化互促互进、和谐发展的研究摘要企业信息化和企业文化成为当今影响企业发展的两个最为重要的因素，如何实现企业信息化和企业文化建设的互促互进、和谐发展成为当今企业实现可持续发展的必要条件。温州中小企业是我国中小企业发展的前沿阵地，为温州经济发展以及社会发展做出了巨大的贡献。但是由于近年来受到全球经融危机的影响，温州中小企业在近年来的发展受到一定的制约。因此为了加快温州中小企业的技术转型和产业能力提升，就必须进行全面的信息化建设，利用信息技术促进企业的快速发展。虽然温州中小企业在信息化建设过程中取得了一定的成就，企业投入了大量的人力、物力和财力，却收效甚微，甚至给企业带来沉重的负担，而不是增强了企业的竞争力。其中一个重要的原因就是，企业缺乏或者忽视建设与实施信息化相匹配的企业文化。本课题的主要目的就是为了研究文中中小企业信息化发展与企业文化互促互进、和谐发展。通过对温州中小企业信息化建设与企业文化发展关系之间的研究，进而分析影响温州中小企业信息化与企业文化互促互进、和谐发展的影响因素和存在的问题，提出相关的措施和建议。通过本文的研究发现温州中小企业信息化建设与企业文化之间具有紧密的联系。企业精神和企业价值观念对于企业信息化发展的影响最为全面，其影响也最为显著，企业哲学、企业伦理、企业社会责任三个维度都在不同的程度上对企业外部信息建设或者企业内部信息建设产生一定的影响。关键词：信息化建设、企业文化建设、和谐发展ABSTRACTEnterprise informatization and enterprise culture become the two most important factorsof influencing enterprise development are,how to realize the enterprise informatization andenterprise culture construction,harmonious development and mutual promotion becomes anecessary condition to realize the sustainable development of modern enterprises.Small andmedium enterprises in Wenzhou forefront of the development in our country,and made greatcontributions to the development of Wenzhou economy and social development.But because ofthe influence by the global financial crisis,small and medium enterprises in Wenzhou are subjectto certain constraints in the development in recent years.Therefore in order to accelerate thetechnological transformation and industrial capacity of Wenzhou small and medium-sizedenterprise promotion,which must carry out overall informational construction,and promotethe rapid development of enterprises to use information technology.Although the Wenzhou smalland medium-sized enterprise has made some achievements in the process of informatization,enterprises invested a lot of manpower,material and financial resources,but to little effect,even aheavy burden to the enterprise,rather than enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.One ofthe important reasons is which enterprises lack or ignore the construction and implementation ofinformation to match the corporate culture.The main purpose of this paper is to research on small and medium enterprises in thedevelopment of informatization and enterprise culture mutual to harmonious development.Studyon the relationship between through to the Wenzhou small and medium-sized enterpriseinformation construction and enterprise culture development,which analyses the factorsinfluencing each other with informatization and enterprise culture promoting the harmoniousdevelopment and the existing problems,put forward relevant measures and proposals.Throughthis study found a close link between the Wenzhou small and medium-sized enterpriseinformation construction and enterprise culture.Influence of the spirit of enterprise andenterprise value for the development of enterprise informatization is the most comprehensive,itseffects are most significant,the three dimensions of business philosophy,business ethics,corporate social responsibility in different extent external to the enterprise informationconstruction and enterprise information construction to produce certain effect.
