本科论文摘要党的十九大报告指出党的建设工作，要求新时代，新要求，将党建工作的重要性推上新的台阶。多数党组织通过党建品牌引领党建工作的新方法，得到了广大党员群众的响应，积极投身党的建设中，发挥党组织的领导凝聚力，彰显党组织的独特性与先进性，更发挥其工作途径、方法，渠道的延展性，增多了可选择方法。但是，很多党组织的品牌建设并未到达预期效果，使得“党建品牌”成为一个普通的口号，表面光鲜亮丽，实则浑浊不清。本文以如何进行组织党建品牌设计为中心点，运用举例分析和科学的创新手段来进行，具备怎样设计思维和设计策略更有助于党建品牌的发展，对企业、农村、机关学校等不同性质的党组织品牌建设进行分析，挖掘其所赋予的文化核心，探究其设计理念，总结并创新组织党建品牌的设计方法和设计思路，做好新时代组织党建品牌设计工作。关键词：组织党建，党建品牌，品牌设计本科论文AbstractThe report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of Chinapointed out that the work of party building requires a new era and newrequirements,pushing the importance of party building work to a new level.Mostparty organizations have received a response from the majority of party membersthrough the new method of leading the party building through the party buildingbrand.They are actively involved in party building,giving play to theleadership cohesion of the party organization,showing the uniqueness andadvanced nature of the party organization,and giving full play to its workchannels.,Methods,and ductility of the channel,increasing the number ofalternative methods.However,the brand building of many party organizationshas not achieved the expected results,making "party building brands"an ordinaryslogan.The surface is bright and bright,but it is muddy.This article focuseson how to organize the design of the party building brand,using example analysisand scientific innovation to carry out.How to have design thinking and designstrategies is more conducive to the development of the party building brand.The party organization brand construction is analyzed,the cultural core endowedby it is explored,its design concept is explored,and the design methods anddesign ideas of the party organization brand are summarized and innovated,andthe party organization brand design work in the new era is well done.Key words:Organize party building,Party building brand,Brand design
