机电工程学院毕业设计（论文）题目三翼自动旋转门的系统设计专业机电一体化技术班级机电1402学号2014062125姓名陈梦桦指导教师胡冬生2016年12月5日三翼自动旋转门的系统设计【摘要】三翼自动旋转门作为自动门中的顶级产品，旋转门给人以亲切大方的感觉，同时营造出奢华的气氛，堪称建筑物的点睛之笔。为增强三翼旋转门运行的可靠性，该论文主要论述了三翼自动旋转门的设计过程，主要对门体、驱动系统、控制系统、安全系统做了详细的分析和设计，提出了采用铝合金和玻璃等组成门体框架。驱动部分由减速电机和齿轮箱减速机构组成，且安装在门中心顶部的华盖内。控制系统用SIMATIC-S7-200可编程控制器(PLC)与变频器控制实现门体多种转速的调节功能。对PLC的选型、变频器的选型、I/0点的确定及三翼旋转门的动作过程等方面进行了详细阐述。结合PLC的运行特点，对控制系统的工作流程作了合理的优化。在此基础上，给出了控制系统软件设计的程序流程图、顺序功能图、外部端子接线图及PLC控制梯形图等。安全系统采用红外线传感器检测进出旋转门的人员流动，使用多个接触式和非接触式传感器及光电接近开关来确保通行安全。设计出了一种安全可靠实用的三翼旋转门。【关键词】三翼旋转门，可控制编程器，变频器，结构1System design of three wing automatic revolving doorABSTRACT Three wings automatic revolving door automatic door as the top product,the revolving door gives a warm feeling generous,but also create an atmosphere of luxury,isthe punchline.In order to enhance the reliability of building three wing revolving door system,this paper mainly discusses the design process of three wings automatic revolving door,themain door body,drive system,control system,security system to do a detailed analysis anddesign,proposed by Aluminum Alloy and is composed of glass door frame.The driving partis composed of a motor reducer and gear mechanism,and mounted on the door at the top ofthe canopy in the center.With SIMATIC-S7-200 programmable controller control system(PLC)and inverter control can adjust the door body function various speed.The selection ofPLC,frequency converter selection,determine 1/O and three wing revolving door movementprocess is discussed.Combining with the operating characteristics of PLC,the reasonableoptimization of the workflow control system on this basis.And the flowchart of softwaredesign of the control system is given,sequential function chart,external control terminalwiring diagram and PLC ladder diagram.The flow of personnel security system uses infraredsensors to detect the revolving door,using a plurality of contact and non-contact sensors andphotoelectric proximity switches to ensure traffic safety A safe and reliable practical threewing revolving door is designed.[Key words]three wing revolving door control programmer inverter,structure2
