水质在线监测及采样自动化控制系统的设计摘要我国生态环境治理的主要任务在于水环境的治理,而对水环境治理的主要阻碍在于水质监测网络的落后,传统的水质监测主要采用现场人工采样和实验室仪器分析的方法。这种方法不仅效率低,采样误差大,而且还不能及时反映水质变化情况。随着检测仪器及检测技术的发展,水质监测逐渐向智能化、自动化和网络化为主的方向发展。我国的水质在线监测仪器虽发展迅速,但也存在着一些问题,为了满足当前水质监测指标不断增多的特点以及防止监测仪器对环境的二次污染,未来或许会发展生物在线监测技术。本文设计了一种水质在线监测系统,首先对在线监测系统进行总体的设计。确定了pH、浊度、氨氮、COD监测指标,并由此确定了仪器的类型,通过自动控制系统对水质进行采集、处理、分析,并将结果通过GPRS无线传输方式传送给水质中心站服务器,工作人员就可由此实时的监测获得水质的污染情况。本水质监测系统设计能连续、及时、准确地监测目标水域的水质及其变化状况:中心控制室能够随时得到各子站的实时监测数据,并可以输入中心数据库。关键词:水质在线监测监测指标自动控制GPRS无线传输Design of Water Quality On line Monitoring and SamplingAutomatic Control SystemAbstractThe main task of ecological environment management in our country liesin the management of water environment.The main obstacle to waterenvironment management lies in the backwardness of water qualitymonitoring network.The traditional water quality monitoring mainlyadopts the methods of on-site artificial sampling and laboratoryinstrument analysis.This method is not only inefficient,sampling error,but also can not reflect the changes in water quality.With the developmentof testing equipment and detection technology,water quality monitoringgradually to the intelligent,automation and network-oriented direction.China's water quality monitoring equipment,although the rapiddevelopment,but there are also some problems,in order to meet the currentwater quality monitoring indicators continue to increase thecharacteristics and to prevent monitoring equipment on the secondarypollution of the environment,the future may be the development ofbiological online monitoring technology.This paper designs a water quality on-line monitoring system,firstof all on-line monitoring system for the overall design.The pH,turbidity,ammonia nitrogen and COD monitoring indexes were determined,and the typeof the instrument was determined.The water quality was collected,processed and analyzed by the automatic control system,and the resultswere transmitted to the water quality center station server via GPRSwireless transmission.The staff can be real-time monitoring of accessto water pollution.The water quality monitoring system is designed to monitor the waterquality and its changes in the target waters continuously,accurately andaccurately.The central control room can obtain the real-time monitoringdata of each sub-station at any time and can input the central database.Key words:water quality online monitoring and monitoring indicatorsautomatic control GPRS wireless transmission3
