贵州电子信息职业技术学院毕业设计（论文）题目：浅析基层政府行政管理的阻因及对策系（院）：专业：班级：学号：姓名：指导老师：二零年摘要公信力作为基层政府是否合格的重要标准，它代表了基层民众的幸福感体现。首先，我国要加强地方党的建设以及政权建设，要把党的各项方针政策有效地融入到国家法律法规中，切实贯彻落实到地方上，强化农村社会主义阵地建设工作。以强有力的举措推进地方地现代化建设。本文着重总结国内部分理论研究成果，分析研究基层政府中所存在的问题。对于理论创新的缺乏，以及政府各部门的研究，缺乏切实有效的措施。并从其中找出针对问题的有效应对策略，以保证基层政府行政管理能力能够提升，从而实现我国现代化建设和中国梦的最终目标。关键词：政治权利：基层政府：公信力AbstractAs an important standard of whether the grass-roots government is qualified,itscredibility represents the happiness of the grass-roots people.First of all,China shouldstrengthen the local party building and political power construction,to effectivelyintegrate the party's policies into the national laws and regulations,effectivelyimplement to the local,strengthen the construction of rural socialist positions.We willtake strong measures to promote local modernization.This paper focuses onsummarizing some domestic theoretical research results,analyzing and studying theproblems existing in the grass-roots government.For the lack of theoretical innovation,and the research of various government departments,the lack of effectivemeasures.And to find out the effective response strategy for the problem,to ensurethat the administrative management capacity of the grassroots government can beimproved,so as to realize the ultimate goal of China's modernization construction andthe Chinese dream.Key words:Political rights;grassroots government;public credibility
