贵州电子信息职业技术学院毕业设计（论文）题目：乡镇行政管理存在的问题与对策系（院）专业：班学号：姓名：指导老师：二零年月摘要为从整体上提高人民生活水平，我国高度重视城镇化建设，积极采取措施来提高三农服务水平，对行政体制的改革提出了较高的要求。乡镇政府作为与广大村民进行直接沟通的前沿哨所，在落实各项政策方面起到了至关重要的作用。行政管理水平较低的乡镇政府难以保证各项政策的有效落实，会严重限制乡村发展。因此，乡镇政府需要建立完善的行政管理体制，为新农村建设提供全力支持。对此本文选择东风镇为例，在理论研究的基础上，首先阐述东风镇行政管理现状，然后分析东风镇行政管理存在的问题，最后结合相关研究成果及东风镇的实际情况，提出相应的解决对策：规范乡镇政府职能职责转换、结合实际情况微调机构设置、捋顺乡镇党政的职责界限、加强人员编制动态化管理，旨在有助于东风镇行政管理工作的改善，推动乡镇政府职能转变工作取得实质性进展。关键词：东风镇：行政管理：职能：对策AbstractIn order to improve people's living standards on the whole,China attaches greatimportance to urbanization construction,and actively takes measures to improve theservice level of agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and puts forward highrequirements for the reform of administrative system.As a frontier guard post fordirect communication with the majority of villagers,the township government hasplayed a vital role in the implementation of various policies.Township governmentsare difficult with low level of administrative management to ensure the effectiveimplementation of various policies,which will seriously restrict ruraldevelopment.Therefore,the township government needs to establish a perfectadministrative system to provide full support for the new rural construction.This paperchoose dongfeng town as an example,on the basis of theoretical research,firstexpounds the current situation of dongfeng town administrative management,andthen analyze the problems of dongfeng town administration,finally combined withthe relevant research results and the actual situation of dongfeng town,put forwardthe corresponding solutions:standardize the township government functionresponsibility transformation,fine-tuning institutions,township party and governmentresponsibilities,strengthen staffing dynamic management,aims to help theimprovement of dongfeng town administration,promote the township governmentfunction transformation made substantial progress.Key words:Dongfeng town;administrative management;function;countermeasuresII
