东莞理工学院城市学院本科毕业论文毕业论文题目：对支付宝发展问题及应对策略之思考学生姓名：梁巧莹学号：201640080813系别：金融与贸易学院专业班级：16级金融学8班指导老师姓名及职称：杨米沙教授起止时间：2019年9月—2020年3月摘要支付宝是国内的第三方支付平台。随着支付宝自身的发展以及其他第三方支付平台的崛起，支付宝自身的缺陷逐渐显现出来。近年来，国内外学者围绕支付宝发展问题及应对策略的研究成果甚丰，但是随着近年来其他支付平台的崛起以及支付宝自身缺陷的显露，特别是从支付宝内部及外部多角度看待支付宝发展问题更值得研究与分析。本文集中阐述了支付宝的发展现状，围绕支付宝发展现状做了相应的分析，从现状出发剖析了支付宝发展特点，讨论了支付宝发展存在的问题，就相关问题提出了应对策略。全文分3个部分：第一部分是通过数据以及图表讲述支付宝发展概况，从支付宝用户规模及发展程度、自身拓展能力、发展环境等方面描述支付宝的发展概况。第二部分提出支付宝发展现面临的问题，用户规模、金融产品多样，深入产业体系中全面发展，但造成网络安全问题、支付宝市场空间受到制约、社会诚信体系不健全，面对此等问题，我们理应正视并改善。第三部分是论文重点内容，针对第二部分分析得出的问题提出解决策略。首先应该降低网络风险，确保用户安全。支付宝要将与银行的竞争关系转化为合作关系，并进行综合整理，得出全面的观点。最后在保障网络安全基本的前提下，然后建立高效社会信用体系，使社会信用体系得到完善。关键词：支付宝发展策略可持续发展ABSTRACTAlipay is the third party payment platform in China.With the development ofAlipay and the rise of other third party payment platforms,Alipay's own flaws aregradually emerging.In recent years,domestic and foreign scholars have focused onAlipay's development issues and coping strategies.However,with the rise of otherpayment platforms in recent years and the emergence of Alipay's flaws,especiallyfrom Alipay's internal and external perspectives,it is worth studying and analyzingAlipay's development.This article concentrates on the current development of Alipay,analyzes thedevelopment status of Alipay,analyzes the characteristics of Alipay developmentfrom the current situation,discusses the problems existing in Alipay development,andputs forward countermeasures for related problems.This paper is a thematic analysis using XX method.The full text is divided into 3parts:the first part is about the development of Alipay through data and charts,anddescribes the development of Alipay from the aspects of Alipay user scale anddevelopment level,its own expanding capabilities and development environment.Thesecond part puts forward the problems faced by Alipay's development,such as thesize of users,the diversity of financial products,and the comprehensive developmentin the industrial system.However,we should face up to and improve the problems ofnetwork security,the restriction of Alipay market space and the imperfect social creditsystem.The third part is the key content of the paper,aiming at the problems in thesecond part,the paper puts forward solutions.First of all,we should reduce thenetwork risk and ensure the safety of users.Alipay should transform its competitiverelationship with banks into cooperative relations and make a comprehensivearrangement to get a comprehensive view.Finally,on the premise of ensuring thebasic network security,we should establish an efficient social credit system toimprove the social credit system..Key words:AlipayDevelopment strategySustainable development
