诚信声明我声明,所呈交的毕业论文(设计)是本人在老师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我查证,除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外,论文(设计)中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果,也不包含为获得其他教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。我承诺,论文(设计)中的所有内容均真实、可信。毕业论文(设计)作者(签名):年月聚(甲基丙烯酸酯-乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯)毛细管整体柱的制备研究【摘要】目的:制备聚(甲基丙烯酸酯-乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯)毛细管整体柱用于液相色谱分析。方法:以甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基-1-丙磺酸(AMPS)为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,采用热引发自由基聚合的方式制备poly(GMA-co-AMPS-co-EDMA)毛细管整体柱,考察单体与交联剂的用量比、致孔剂的用量比、反应温度等制备条件对柱床形态和渗透性的影响,确定最优条件,通过毛细管液相色谱法对所制备得的毛细管整体柱进行评价。同时,以甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)为单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EDMA)为交联剂,采用热引发自由基聚合的方式制备poly(BMA-Co-EDMA)毛细管整体柱,通过毛细管液相色谱法检测其分离性能。结果:制备poly(GMA-co-AMPS-co-EDMA)毛细管整体柱最佳条件为:功能单体GMA与交联剂EDMA用量比为3:2,致孔剂环己醇与十二醇用量比为10:1,反应温度为50℃,且该整体柱柱体均匀、渗透性好,得到色谱峰拖尾因子为1.04。Poly(BMA-co-EDMA)毛细管整体柱成功分离甲苯和间苯二酚,分离度为2.5。结论:成功制备出poly(GMA-co-AMPS-co-EDMA)和poly(BMA-co-EDMA)毛细管整体柱。【关键词】毛细管液相色谱:有机聚合物整体柱:聚(甲基丙烯酸酯-乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯)整体柱Preparation of poly (methacrylate ethylene glycoldimethacrylate)capillary monolithic columns[Abstract]Objective:Preparation of poly (methacrylate ethylene glycoldimethacrylate)for capillary liquid chromatography.Methods:Thepoly(GMA-co-AMPS-co-EDMA)monolithic capillary column was prepared by usingglycidyl methacrylate (GMA)and 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propanesulphonic acid(AMPS)as monomers and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA)as cross-linker,and the effect of monomer to cross-linker ratio,porogenic agent and reactiontemperature on the morphology and permeability of the column bed was investigated.The effects of the preparation conditions on the morphology and permeability of thecolumn bed,such as the ratio of monomer to crosslinker,the ratio of porogenic agentand the reaction temperature,were investigated to determine the optimum conditions.Meanwhile,Poly(BMA-co-EDMA)capillary monolithic column was prepared bythermo-initiated free radical polymerization using butyl methacrylate (BMA)asmonomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EDMA)as cross-linker,and itsseparation performance was examined by capillary liquid chromatography.Results:The optimum conditions for the preparation of poly(GMA-co-AMPS-co-EDMA)capillary monolithic column:the ratio of functional monomer GMA to cross-linkerEDMA was 3:2,the ratio of porogenic cyclohexanol to dodecanol was 10:1,and thereaction temperature was 50C.The monolithic column was homogeneous,with goodpermeability,and the peak dragging factor was 1.04.Poly(BMA-co-EDMA)capillarymonolithic column successfully separated toluene and resorcinol.The value ofresolution was 2.5.Conclusion:The poly(GMA-co-AMPS-co-EDMA)andpoly(BMA-co-EDMA)capillary monolithic columns were successfully prepared.[Keywords]Capillary liquid chromatography Organic polymer monolithiccolumns Poly(methacrylate-ethylene glycol dimethacrylate)monolithic columns
