诚信声明我声明，所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在老师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我查证，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文（设计)中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含为获得其他教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。我承诺，论文（设计）中的所有内容均真实、可信。毕业论文（设计）作者（签名）：年月日高血压患者临床用药分析研究【摘要】目的：分析研究某医院38家社康高血压患者降压药物的使用情况，包括各类药物单独使用及联合使用不同组合模式对高血压患者的降压效果影响。方法：随机抽取2022年于某医院38家社区健康服务中心就诊的符合纳入及排除标准的高血压患者100例，根据患者使用降压药物情况分为单一用药、二联用药、三联用药，运用excel软件分析降压药物不同组合搭配的实际使用率其对高血压患者的临床降压效果。结果：该院服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片、硝苯地平控释片、缬沙坦胶囊、厄贝沙坦片、厄贝沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片、缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片的高血压患者所占比例分别为19%、18%、12%、10%、12%、10%。其中，使用厄贝沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片组的患者平均收缩压、舒张压下降19.00mmHg、8.92mmHg;使用缬沙坦胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片组的患者平均收缩压、舒张压下降13.40mmHg、4.70mmHg,下降幅度最大。结论：ARB+CCB二联用药对高血压患者的降压效果比单独服用ARB或CCB的降压效果好。所有降压药物均有显著的降压作用，其中，厄贝沙坦片联合苯磺酸氨氯地平片降压最明显。【关键词】高血压：降压药物：单药治疗：联合用药Clinical medication analysis of hypertensive patients[Abstract]Objective:The use of antihypertensive drugs in 38 community healthhypertensive patients in a hospital was analyzed and studied,including the effect ofdifferent combinations of drugs used alone and in combination on theantihypertensive effect of hypertensive patients.Method:Randomly select 100hypertensive patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and were treated at38 community health service centers in a certain hospital in 2022.They were dividedinto single medication,dual medication,and triple medication based on their use ofantihypertensive drugs.Use Excel software to analyze the actual usage rate ofdifferent combinations of antihypertensive drugs and their clinical antihypertensiveeffects on hypertensive patients.Results:The proportion of hypertensive patientstaking amlodipine besylate tablets,nifedipine controlled release tablets,valsartancapsules,irbesartan tablets,irbesartan tablets in combination with amlodipine besylatetablets,and valsartan capsules in combination with amlodipine besylate tablets in thehospital was 19%,18%,12%,10%,12%,and 10%,respectively.Among them,theaverage systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in the group of irbesartantablets combined with amlodipine besylate tablets decreased by 19.00 mmHg and8.92 mmHg;The average systolic and diastolic blood pressure of patients in thevalsartan capsule combined with amlodipine besylate tablet group decreased by 13.40mmHg and 4.70 mmHg,with the largest decrease.Conclusion:The combined use ofARB and CCB has a better antihypertensive effect on hypertensive patients thantaking ARB or CCB alone.All antihypertensive drugs have significantantihypertensive effect,of which irbesartan tablets combined with amlodipinebesylate tablets have the most obvious antihypertensive effect.[Keywords]HypertensionAntihypertensive MedicationsMonotherapycombination medication
