诚信声明我声明，所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在老师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我查证，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文（设计)中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含为获得其他教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。我承诺，论文（设计）中的所有内容均真实、可信。毕业论文（设计）作者（签名）：年月日健脾化瘀方HPLC指纹图谱的研究【摘要】目的：建立健脾化瘀方HPLC指纹图谱及多成分含量测定方法。方法：采用Thermo Hypersil Gold C18柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),CHOH-0.05%HPO4为流动相，梯度洗脱：检测波长283nm,211nm;流速1.0 nL/min;柱温30℃：进样量5uL。建立10批健脾化瘀方HPLC指纹图谱，并进行相似度评价。同法测定该复方中的8种成分含量。结果：建立健脾化瘀方HPLC指纹图谱，27个共有峰被确定并对其进行药材归属，通过对照品指认出绿原酸、香草酸、对香豆酸、阿魏酸、橙皮苷、槲皮素、佛手柑内酯、苦参碱共8个成分：方法学考察结果RSD值均小于3.00%，10批样品与对照图谱相似度均大于0.90。结论：该研究建立的HPLC指纹图谱和含量测定方法可为健脾化瘀方的质量控制研究提供参考。【关键词】健脾化瘀方：HPLC;指纹图谱：含量测定Study on HPLC Fingerprint of Jianpi Huayu Formula[Abstract]Objective:To establish the high performance liquidchromatography (HPLC)fingerprint and multi component content determinationmethod for Jianpi Huayu Formula.Methods:The HPLC column was Thermo HypersilGold C18 (250x4.6 mm,5um)with methanol-0.05%phosphoric acid solution as themobile phase for gradient elution,the detection wavelength was set at 283nm and211nm,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 30'C and injectionvolume was 5uL.Establish the HPLC fingerprints of 10 batches of Jianpi HuayuFormula and evaluating the similarity.Determine the content of 8 components in thecompound formula by using the same method.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of JianpiHuayu formula was established,27 common peaks were identified and their medicinalmaterials were assigned.Eight components,namely chlorogenic acid,vanillic acid,p-coumaric acid,ferulic acid,hesperidin,quercetin,bergamot lactone and matrine,wereidentified by reference substance.The methodological study results showed that theRSD values were all less than 3.00%,and the similarity between the 10 batches ofsamples and the control spectra was greater than 0.90.Conclusion:The HPLCfingerprint and content determination method established in this study can provide areference for the quality control research of Jianpi Huayu Formula.[Keywords]Jianpi Huayu Formula HPLC FingerprintContentdetermination
