诚信声明我声明，所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在老师指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我查证，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文（设计)中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含为获得其他教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。我承诺，论文（设计）中的所有内容均真实、可信。毕业论文（设计）作者（签名）：年月日酵母粉联合铁剂对小鼠血尿酸的影响【摘要】目的：(1)探究酵母粉联合铁剂对小鼠高尿酸血症(HUA)血尿酸水平的影响。(2)制备成功、稳定的铁超载HUA模型。(3)采用阳性药验证模型的可治愈性，为HUA的预防治疗和药物筛选提供依据。方法：实验小鼠随机分为对照组、酵母组、酵母联合铁剂组，酵母组每天给予15gkg酵母膏灌胃，酵母联合铁剂组每天给予200mgkg血红素铁与酵母膏混合液灌胃，对照组给予等量生理盐水，连续5d,定期检测小鼠血尿酸值。造模后，虎贞清风组和苯溴马隆组分别给予虎贞清风胶囊和苯溴马隆片，测定血尿酸值。结果：造模5天后，酵母联合铁剂组的小鼠血尿酸水平[(396.25±92.69)μnol/ml明显高于对照组[(162.33±7.51)μmol/ml],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。虎贞清风胶囊和苯溴马隆可显著降低小鼠的血尿酸值，分别为177.76±37.44μmol/ml、185.89±36.03mol/ml,与模型组[(243.39±38.05)umo/ml]比较有显著差异。结论：每日给小鼠灌胃200mg/g血红素铁与酵母膏混合液，连续5d可制备铁超载HUA模型。【关键词】酵母粉：血红素铁：高尿酸血症：铁超载Effect of yeast powder combined with iron on blood uricacid in mice[Abstract]Objective:(1)To study the influence of yeast powder combined withiron on the blood uric acid level of hyperuricemia (HUA)mice.(2)The successfuland stable HUA model of iron overload was prepared.(3)The curability of thepositive drug model was verified to provide evidence for the prevention and treatmentof HUA and drug screening.Methods:The experimental mice were randomly dividedinto control group,yeast group and yeast combined with iron group.The yeast groupwas given 15g/kg yeast extract by intragastric administration every day,the yeastcombined with iron group was given 200mg/kg heme iron and yeast extract byintragastric administration every day,and the control group received equal doses ofnormal saline for consecutive 5 days.Blood uric acid of mice was detected regularly.After modeling,Huzhengingfeng group and benzbromarone group were givenHuzhenqingfeng capsule and benzbromarone tablets,respectively,to determine theblood uric acid value.Results:The level of uric acid [(396.25+92.69)umol/ml]in theyeast combined with iron was significantly higher than that in the control group[(162.33+7.51)umol/ml]after 5 days of modeling,and the difference was statisticallysignificant (P<0.05).Huzhen Qingfeng Capsules and Benzbrommalone couldsignificantly decrease the blood uric acid value of mice,which was 177.76+37.44umol/ml and 185.89+36.03 umol/ml respectively,which was significantly differentfrom the model group [(243.39+38.05)umol/ml].Conclusion:Iron overload HUAmodel can be prepared by intragastric administration of 200mg/kg heme iron andyeast extract mixture daily for 5 consecutive days.[Keywords]Yeast extract Heme iron Hyperuricemia iron overload
