诚信声明在此我严正声明，我所呈交的毕业论文（设计）是本人在老师的指导下进行的研究工作及取得的研究成果。据我查证，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢的地方外，论文（设计）中不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果，也不包含为获得其他教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。我承诺，论文（设计）中的所有内容均真实、可信。毕业论文〔设计]作者〔签名]：年月日马钱子减毒配方的研究【摘要】目的：探究生马钱子与白芍、酸枣仁、甘草分别配伍后的减毒效果并选出效果最佳的配方。方法：将生马钱子及其配伍药材进行粉碎，分别煮沸浓缩制成煎剂。小鼠分组后，首先进行腹腔注射低浓度煎剂的预实验，正式实验时通过分次腹腔注射煎剂提高给药浓度，观察小鼠的状态，对比注射单马钱子组和注射配伍煎剂组小鼠的死亡数量，从而得出实验结果。结果：白芍、酸枣仁、甘草对生马钱子的毒性均有减弱作用，可延缓小鼠毒性反应发作的时间及小鼠死亡的数量，甘草对照组的小鼠死亡数量要少于空白组和其余实验组。结论：给予同等马钱子剂量的条件下，三种配伍之中以生马钱子：甘草=1：6的配对具有最佳减毒效果，可能与甘草中某种成分降低了马钱子的毒性有关，具体的成分和降低马钱子毒性的机制需要进一步研究。【关键词】马钱子白芍甘草酸枣仁配伍减毒Study on the Attenuated Formula of Nux vomica[Abstract]Objective:To explore the attenuation effect of raw nux vomica combined withroot of herbaceous peony,jujube kernel and licorice respectively and select the bestcompatibility.Methods:The raw nux vomica and its compatible medicinal materialswere crushed,boiled and concentrated to make decoction.After the mice were grouped,the pre-experiment of intraperitoneal injection of low-concentration decoction was firstcarried out.In the formal experiment,the concentration of administration was increasedby intraperitoneal injection of decoction.The state of the mice was observed and thenumber of deaths in the mice injected with single nux vomica group and the injectioncompatibility decoction group was compared.Results:The root of herbaceous peony,jujube kernel and licorice all have a weakening effect on the toxicity of raw nux vomica,which can delay the onset time of toxic reaction in mice and the number of deaths in mice.The number of deaths in the Radix Glycyrrhizae control group was less than that in theblank group and the other control groups.Conclusion:Under the condition of the samedosage,the combination of raw nux vomica licorice =1 6 has the best attenuationeffect among the three combinations,which may be related to the effective reduction ofthe content of toxic components of nux vomica by licorice in the decoction.[Keywords]Nux vomica,Root of herbaceous peony,Jujube kernel,Licorice,Compatibility Attenuation3
