苏州大学本科生毕业设计（论文）摘要高校图书馆的资源整合是高校图书馆在发展过程中必须面对的重要问题，也是随着时代的发展而不断变化的问题。基于用户需求的高校图书馆资源整合与发展是以用户为核心，以数字时代的技术思想为手段，将图书馆资源建设向用户需求贴近，从而使图书馆能更好地发挥其职能，提高图书馆馆藏利用率。本文为了解用户需求，采用了问卷调查法。为了更好地获取样本，了解读者在图书馆利用过程中的信息行为和整体的利用状况，笔者选择苏州大学本科生群体作为问卷调查的样本，以此作为了解图书馆运行过程中用户的需求与当前存在的问题，并进行数据分析。此外，为了解图书馆未来发展的方向，从理论上对高校图书馆的资源整合与发展提供建议，笔者选取了广泛的参考文献，对当前高校图书馆发展的核心竞争力与职能进行分析，得出网络环境下高校图书馆的发展方向。关键词：用户需求、高校图书馆、资源、核心竞争力、职能苏州大学本科生毕业设计（论文）ABSTRACTThe integration of resources in university libraries is an important issuethat university libraries must face in the process of development,and it is alsoa problem that constantly changes with the development of the times.Theresource integration and development of university libraries based on userneeds is based on the user and takes the technical ideas of the digital age as ameans to bring library resources closer to user needs,so that the library canbetter perform its functions and improve books.Library utilization.This article uses a questionnaire survey to understand user needs.Inorder to better obtain samples and understand the information behavior andoverall utilization of readers in the process of library utilization,the authorchose the undergraduate group of Suzhou University as a sample of thequestionnaire survey to understand the needs of the users during the operationof the library and existing problems and analyze data.In addition,in order to understand the direction of the library's futuredevelopment,and theoretically provide suggestions for the integration anddevelopment of university libraries'resources,the author has selected a widerange of references to analyze the core competitiveness and functions ofcurrent university library development for the development direction ofuniversity libraries under the network environment.Keywords:user needs,university library,resources,core competitiveness,functions
