摘要随着能源以及污染等问题,汽车发动机的技术创新迫在眉睫,为解决固有燃烧形式与既有燃料发动机产生的危害问题,本论文改进制定了一类具有高效能和更为环保的新型天然气内燃机的工作方式。通过对天然气原材料的属性进行深入分析和了解之后,运用HCCI方法,研发一款关于天然气内燃机的工作模型。本文不仅阐明了天然气工作的改进方案,而且还探究了燃烧的作用因子,HCCI发动机的探究核心是各种燃料的化学反应原理与化学反应动力模型。利用计算机技术及相关理论的基础上发展起来的燃烧数值模拟运用chemkin软件,在虚拟环境中建立发动机模型。对天然气在HCCI发动机内燃烧进行仿真分析,探究在各种压强的环境下,充气温度、复合物性质、天然气HCCI着火的各种形式,另外对缸体压强以及包括产热率在内的一系列数据进行计算。当前,由于国家不断加大对污染问题的关注力度,正在逐年加大力度在燃气机方面的全面研究,以研发出一款更为科学环保的产品,降低空气中以OX为代表的有毒气体排放,所以,本文针对污染物排放问题着重从一氧化氮层面来进行深入的探究。在剖析产热率、缸体压强的过程当中,还深入探究了各种压缩比、送气温度、送气压力对排放污染物一氧化氮的主要作用。关键词:天然气:HCCI:CHEMKIN:燃烧仿真ABSTRACTWith the problems of energy and pollution,the technical innovation of automobileengine is urgent,which can overcome the shortcomings of traditional combustion modeand traditional fuel engine.A new combustion mode of natural gas engine with theadvantages of high efficiency and low pollution is optimized in this paper.On the basis ofunderstanding and mastering the nature of natural gas fuel and HCCI technology,theHCCI combustion model of natural gas engine is constructed,the simplified mechanism ofnatural gas combustion is introduced and analyzed,and the influencing factors ofcombustion are studied.The research focus of HCCI engine is the chemical reactionmechanism and chemical kinetic model of different fuels.A numerical simulation of combustion based on computer technology and relatedtheories is developed.The engine model is built in a virtual environment by using chemkinsoftware.The combustion of natural gas in HCCI engine is simulated and analyzed.Thedifferent performance of natural gas HCCI combustion under different inlet temperature,mixture characteristics and pressure is studied.At the same time,the data of cylinderpressure,heat release rate and so on are analyzed.Nowadays,the emission problem isbecoming more and more serious,and the emission problem of natural gas engine must bestudied deeply.The main pollutant emitted by engine is NOx,and its main product is NO.Therefore,the emission problem is mainly studied from the aspect of NO.The effects ofdifferent inlet temperature,equivalent ratio and inlet pressure on the emission product NOwere also studied while the cylinder pressure and heat release rate were analyzed.Key Words:Natural gas;HCCI CHEMKIN Combustion simulation目录11.1研究背景1.2天然气燃料的研究....1.2.1天然气的理化特性...3
